This stylish kitchen and bathroom renovation in Balwyn was designed and built for a young family who needed functional spaces for everyday use but they also wanted a kitchen suitable for entertaining and a bathroom that could be a real sanctuary. With a raised bar section to the end of the expansive island bench which includes a built in wine fridge this kitchen ticks all of the homeowner's boxes. The bathroom is dark and moody and gives the user a feeling of being cocooned and protected from the outside world. Featuring an elegant freestanding tub, double sinks, timber vanity top and large shower this bathroom is fully equipped for relaxation and rejuvenation.

This classic U-shape Kitchen offers plenty of smart storage with its abundance of drawers, bench space, and full height cabinetry - it's offers the ultimate in functionality. Using Polytec Legato Bespoke super matte and Woodmatt Prime Oak finishes we created a modern and neutral look, while the Polytec Venette Island panelling and open box shelf adds an interesting feature to the design.

The studio has an open plan layout with natural light filtering the space with skylights and french doors to the outside. The kitchen is open to the living area and has plenty of storage.

¡Proyecto de mínimos con resultados máximos! Abrimos la cocina al comedor-salón y a la entrada de la vivienda, consiguiendo luz en todas las zonas y una sensación de amplitud y comodidad. Queríamos conseguir un cambio radical sin que implicara un gran coste para el cliente. De esta manera modificamos el color de algunas zonas del mueble de la cocina y pusimos un nuevo aplacado en la encimera. Consiguiendo un efecto total de modernidad, funcionalidad y estética. Creamos una nueva barra del desayuno, que nos sirve como tal y como separador de las zonas. Generamos texturas con un mismo color base, el blanco. El aplacado de la cocina y la barra, lo revestimos con una cerámica que recuerda al ladrillo visto, así como la barra es de madera natural con una veladura suave que nos unifica los colores.

Enlarged kitchen by removing a wall, back door & window, creating a U-shaped kitchen. Open site lines into Dining & Living room now. High storage cabinets were provided on the Dining room side of peninsula. Which helped separate the kitchen from eating area.

With a striking, bold design that's both sleek and warm, this modern rustic black kitchen is a beautiful example of the best of both worlds. When our client from Wendover approached us to re-design their kitchen, they wanted something sleek and sophisticated but also comfortable and warm. We knew just what to do — design and build a contemporary yet cosy kitchen. This space is about clean, sleek lines. We've chosen Hacker Systemat cabinetry — sleek and sophisticated — in the colours Black and Oak. A touch of warm wood enhances the black units in the form of oak shelves and backsplash. The wooden accents also perfectly match the exposed ceiling trusses, creating a cohesive space. This modern, inviting space opens up to the garden through glass folding doors, allowing a seamless transition between indoors and out. The area has ample lighting from the garden coming through the glass doors, while the under-cabinet lighting adds to the overall ambience. The island is built with two types of worksurface: Dekton Laurent (a striking dark surface with gold veins) for cooking and Corian Designer White for eating. Lastly, the space is furnished with black Siemens appliances, which fit perfectly into the dark colour palette of the space.

A significant transformation to the layout allowed this room to evolve into a multi function space. With precise allocation of appliances, generous proportions to the island bench; which extends around to create a comfortable dining space and clean lines, this open plan kitchen and living area will be the envy of all entertainers!

This Craftsman style kitchen boasts Suede gray cabinet in Shaker style. Blanco Frost granite stone counterrtops. Cabinet refacing completely transforms the room with huge savings to reinvest in the remodeling project. Glass and stone backsplash includes mother-of-pearl tiles for reflective beauty. Birch Plywood Kitchen with Oak veneered plywood fronts. The grain different orientated to give a unique pattern and layout. The Blacked & Rusts liquid metal doors were sprayed in house to match an existing steel cabinet the client owned. The reclaimed timber worktops were originally the ceiling joists from part of the project. All the defects, worm holes and voids were filled with black resin before sanding and top coated in a hard was oil finish.
