High-Tech Nobilia Kitchen in Horsham, West Sussex In one of our most forward-thinking projects to date, designer George Harvey has designed a vibrant and technologic kitchen space that incorporates useful innovations for this local Horsham client. Like many who visit our showrooms, this client was blown away with new technologies that can be incorporated into a kitchen space. Eventually this client’s wish of an advanced kitchen space became a reality through clever design and a bit of help from our expert installation team. As with many of our projects this kitchen makes the most of our complete installation service, opting to fill an original doorway and create a new access off the main hall whilst widening the original hall space at the same time. The main run of units features wall units, base units and full-height units to house cooking appliances, storage and sink facilities as well as decorative shelving. A key element of this projected is tailored to the now common work from home option, with a versatile peninsula island vital to the final functioning of this space – the added option of bar seating and a large volume of storage helps to achieve this project brief. The result of this ancillary and building work is a spacious kitchen which flows nicely through to a sunny family room to the rear of the property that functions perfectly for the client. Kitchen Furniture Furniture from our German supplier Nobilia’s Touch range has been used throughout this kitchen and provides a subtle silky texture. Touch furniture uses bevelled corners for a premium feel. The fact that the range itself is available in several colour options has contributed to it being one of our most popular Nobilia kitchen ranges. For this project Touch furniture has been used in the contemporary Satin Grey finish, this neutral colour choice allows accents like the glass bright blue splashback to bring vast vibrancy to the kitchen. Across the main run and island, a huge amount of storage has been incorporated, while a reduced depth sideboard style run enhances storage and worktop space further. The furniture choice has also been based around the key them of this kitchen: technology, with the handless furniture option allowing for ultra-modern LED strip lighting to be integrated in the handle wells on the island and sideboard storage. Kitchen Appliances The appliances used for this project are what really makes such a state-of-the-art kitchen. Appliances like Neff’s Slide & Hide oven are commonplace in many of our installations. This kitchen though makes use of their high-specification N90 model. Incorporating an integrated cleaning system, baking and roast assistant and Home Connect capabilities to allow control through a device or smart speaker. To accompany, a N90 combination microwave also features in this kitchen which also harnesses Home Connect capabilities as well as integrated cleaning. This combination microwave also gives the client a flexible cooking option with the appliances doubling as another oven as required. An undermounted Neff fridge gives extra cold storage in addition to this client’s own appliances. Sitting on the main run is another ultra-modern appliance, a Bora Pure venting hob. This appliance was specified by the client to increase storage space, as due to an integrated ventilation system, no extractor hood is required. Minimalistic design and a low installation height mean this appliance is integrated seamlessly into the worktops with plenty of room for cutlery and pan drawers beneath. The Bora Pure also boasts four oversized cooking zones, that use instant induction power for efficient cooking whilst a low volume extractor removes all odour and steam. Kitchen Accessories To continue the ultra-modern theme of this kitchen, a Quooker Flex boiling tap has been included which includes a pull-out nozzle and for this project a new Cube tank has been included as well. The Quooker Cube tank incorporates refreshing sparkling and filtered chilled water in addition to cold, hot and boiling water – which come as standard with any Quooker tank. The Quooker is set above an undermounted Blanco sink which in itself continues this kitchen aesthetic with a contemporary white finish. To further the futuristic dynamic George has included fantastic lighting, with well-placed LED spotlights underneath wall units and LED strip lighting under handleless rails on the island and sideboard area. This lighting not only continues the theme of the kitchen, with spotlights highlighting the of quartz worktops and vibrant blue splashback on the main run. As part of this installation Karndean flooring has also been installed across the kitchen area, with the Rose Washed Oak finish used throughout the space from the popular Knight Tile range. Our Kitchen Design & Installation Service As with most of our installations this client has taken the opportunity to completely redesign their kitchen using our complete installation service. For this project our installation team moved and created a doorway, as well as undertaking all structural work. The final result is a kitchen that is perfectly equipped for the future thanks to a new flowing layout and innovative kitchen design and appliances. A city condo needed an uplift, all finishes started to feel outdated, the kitchen's layout did not work for a dynamic couple who love to entertain and play Bridge with their friends on the regular basis. We developed a plan how to provide a luxurious experience and necessary changes in the limited space. The condo has some physical limitations as well, such as the load bearing walls could not be changed, the duct work had to stay in place, and the floor finishes had to satisfy strict sound restrictions.

For this dry fit project in Biddenham, Bedfordshire, our customer wanted to have a kitchen island that could incorporate a show stopping seating area and they were not dissapointed. We created a curved seating area on site, upholstered by upholstery by Tilly, with detachable. The customer chose our modern Aconbury style kitchen painted in a matt finish of silver grey on the island area and mid grey on the rest of the kitchens. They chose oak effect laminate for the kitchen runs, to bring warmth into the space and added a section of glazed wall cabinets with cabinet lighting to offer some mood lighting in the evenings. This was part of a larger extension, providing an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with large bifold doors onto an amazing decking area.

Open plan kitchen with satin matt lacquered handle-less furniture in a combination of ‘Inky Blue’ and ‘Mid-Grey’. With 'Rugged Concrete’ Quartz worktops by Caesarstone, and ‘Laurel Oak’ flooring by Moduleo, supplied and fitted in a herringbone pattern by us. Integrated oven plus microwave combi-oven, warming drawer and induction hob all by Miele.

From our first visit to the showroom to the day the kitchen was completed was a seamless and enjoyable process with Sarah and the team. They ensured that our ideas were turned into reality and challenged our thoughts in a way that made the final choice exactly what we were looking for. We found the “walk though” of every part of the kitchen useful and informative. This is a contemporary handleless kitchen with matt Cashmere colour doors, accented by a bank of Grey Acacia wood effect units. The seamless Corian worktop in Sandsone complements the units with a coved upstand all around and finished on top of the windowsill. An stainless steel undermount sink adds to the minimal look with a set of drainer grooves running into the Corian top. The look is finished with run of glass splashback in a Lavender Blue, lit up by LED lighting within the wall units. All Siemens integrated appliances throughout, incorporating a wi-fi controlled oven which enables customers to turn the oven on from their phone while away from home to ensure dinner is ready on their return. The floor is a Moduleo tile in the Azuriet range, a hard wearing vinyl flooring laid in individual tiles.

This is a recently completed supply only project. This customer decided to make an open plan kitchen and dining/living room space. This is a two tone kitchen (Dove Grey tall units and Graphite base units) completed with Silestone worktops.

The handleless, light grey doors on the island and base units contrast superbly with the dark grey of the quartz breakfast bar. Plenty of workspace and storage in the form or pullouts ensures the kitchen is as practical as it is elegant and the breakfast bar makes it a social space as well.

The handleless, light grey doors on the island contrast superbly with the dark grey of the breakfast bar and the wall units. The bank of tall units houses Siemens appliances - a single oven, compact combi microwave and warming drawer. Black bar stools and a trio of black pendant lights complete the look.

The project involved the removal of structural walls to provide a kitchen diner, removal and partial infilling of kitchen/garden door, removal and enlargement of the French door, with new aluminium double glazed modules in anthracite. Raising teh level of the kitchen floor to match the dining area, thermally insulating the floors, acoustic insulation to party walls and between ground and first floor. A new cloakroom faciility has been introduced under the stairs. Flooring is Karndean Van Gogh Classic Oak. The new Strada kitchen is finished in a matte grey laquer with plain white quartz work surfaces. A number of the newly installed steel beams have been left exposed and finished with Thermaguard fire retardant paints with a finish coat colour matched to the kitchen cabinets.

This kitchen has been designed by George Harvey from our Horsham showroom and installed by our kitchen installation team in the local Horsham area. This kitchen has been designed to utilise the space and light made be an existing conservatory to the rear of the kitchen which it does fantastically. The kitchen furniture used for this project is from Nobilia, a German kitchen manufacturer that offers an extensive range of modern, shaker and traditional kitchens. The German Nobilia furniture used for this kitchen is from the Touch range which is a matt effect range. The Super-Matt effect of this door means that is silky to touch while the lacquered laminate coating means that it is highly resistant to fingerprint marks and scratching. The touch range is one of our most popular ranges due to its texture, vast range of colours and ability to contrast with a secondary colour or stand alone as a single tone like in this kitchen. To make the most of the conservatory area in this kitchen George has used a peninsula island to create a dining and entertaining area in the lighter area of the room. In the same area exposed shelving is used as a place to store decorative items. Two exposed shelving units have also been used under the beam in this kitchen to make extra storage space again for either decorative items or kitchen essentials. This kitchen also uses the popular Nobilia 350 handle which is fitted to the top or bottom of a drawer or cupboard for sleek and easy access to units.

Its all change at Ream in Gillingham with the recent installation of the new contemporary Remo handleless kitchen display. The Remo kitchen display is a two tone light grey and dark charcoal grey high gloss kitchen. Designed by Ream’s kitchen designers, the new display has come to life and with a AEG Sous Vide oven and warming drawer.
