An elegant modern kitchen designed for a customer in Worcester Ma. We use the ultralux light gray finish with Red birch solid wood doors in Golden stain.

We began our design in this OKC kitchen by re-orientating the layout of the kitchen and all work zones. The homeowners wanted a larger island with space to prepare meals while capturing the impressive lake views to the rear of the home. We replaced the closed in Highbar with an open and expansive island showcasing a lowered eating area, perfect for breakfast and entertaining while meals are prepared. Our mitered door custom cabinets are presented with a sophisticated and up and coming color palette for those that are leaning away from basic white cabinets. To bring more warmth into the space, we stained the rift sawn oak in medium brown and finished with a soft glaze. We then contrast this with matte black interiors in the glass cabinets. The matte black is repeated on the venthood which has been accented with high gloss striping. The large pull-outs flanking the fridge provide plenty of storage, while the integrated backsplash shelf provides architectural interest with additional space for bottles and spices near the induction cooktop. The brushed gold hardware provides the perfect jewelry for the kitchen – now warm, inviting, and irresistible!

The homeowner’s dream was a larger kitchen with additional storage and prep space, island, and improved lighting. Reallocating the underutilized formal dining room to make a larger kitchen provided these homeowners with a more functional kitchen for their lifestyle. The dining room window was eliminated to maximize storage and countertop space. A new three wide Pella casement window was added to provide symmetry and natural light to filter through. The Asian Walnut hardwood floor creates interest and balance to the rich cherry stained cabinetry. The large island provides storage and prep space and is the focal point in the room. The rich taupe and brown tones of Bianco Antico Granite complement the porcelain subway tile and jeweled tones of border tile. Task lighting is improved with can lights, three pendants, and a stunning dinette light in copper tones to enhance the ambiance in the space.

These South Shore homeowners desired a fresh look for their kitchen that was efficient and functional with a design worthy of showing off to family and friends. They also wished for more natural light, increased floor area and better countertop work space allowing for ease of preparation and cooking. The Renovisions team began the remodel by installing a larger (5’) window over the sink area which overlooks the beautiful backyard. Additional countertop workspace was achieved by utilizing the corner and installing a GE induction cooktop and stainless steel hood. This solution was spot on spectacular! Renovisions discussed the importance of adding lighting fixtures and the homeowners agreed. Under cabinet lighting was installed under wall cabinets with switch as well as two pendants over the peninsula and one pendant over the sink. It also made good design sense to add additional recessed ceiling fixtures with LED lights and trims that blend well with the ceiling. The project came together beautifully and boasts gorgeous shaker styled cherry cabinetry with glass mullian doors. The separate desk area serves as a much needed office/organizational area for keys, mail and electronic charging. A lovely backsplash of Tuscan-clay-look porcelain tile in 4”x8” brick pattern and diagonal tile with decorative metal-look accent tiles serves an eye-catching design detail. We created interest without being overdone. A large rectangular under-mounted ‘chef’ sink in stainless steel finish was the way to go here to accommodate larger pots and pans and platters. The creamy color marble like durable yet beautiful quartz countertops created a soft tone for the kitchens overall aesthetic look. Simple, pretty details give the cherry cabinets understated elegance and the mix of textures makes the room feel welcoming. Our client can’t wait to start preparing her favorite recipes for her family.

This kitchen remodel started with a complete change of the existing floor plan, transforming it into a completely new, open layout. The new kitchen shows one of our favorite fresh traditional styles with a timeless color palette. Rustic - knotty oak cabinets with white painted accents are complimented by white quartz counter tops and a custom designed, eye catching backsplash where the grout color becomes part of the design pattern. This kitchen was your typical builder basic design. Lot's of cabinets with no thought for function. An odd shaped island that took up space, but didn't provide much storage. We straightened out the island to create more storage and loads of function. It now has the sink, dishwasher, trash center, bookcase, mixer cabinet and microwave drawer plus more! We removed the wall double ovens and added a 48" range instead. This allowed us to flank either side of the fridge with roll out pantry cabinets. An appliance garage was added to the corner. The range has a custom hood over it that blends seamlessly with the cabinets. The client needed a space to sit and check the mail so we created an office space at the end of the wall. Behind the blinds is a new 10' slider for access to the patio. Luxury vinyl plank flooring went in throughout the house. Custom pendant lights were hung in clusters of three above the island. The kitchen was painted Accessible Beige by SW.

This arts and crafts kitchen replaced a 1950s room that was broken into two spaces, with a peninsula and a wood stove. The new kitchen harmonizes with the rest of this craftsman house from the 1920's. The hardworking island is both cook and prep space, with ample room for socializing as well.
