We designed and installed a country kitchen in a Kent village of outstanding beauty. Our client wanted a warm country kitchen style in keeping with her beautiful cottage, mixed with sleek, modern worktops and appliances for a fresh update.

This handle-less kitchen in a high gloss finish is teamed with contrasting dark stained oak flat panel doors with oak framing and end panels and brushed steel plinth. This kitchen is very well equipped with a Quooker PRO3 boiling water tap, and an extensive range of Miele appliances including twin single ovens, a combi microwave, steam oven, induction hob, dishwaster, wine cooler and built-in tall fridge/freezers to either side of the ovens in the tall units. On one side you have a bank of tall units which is the main storage and cooker centre. In the centre behind the bespoke oak roller shutter is the Budds breakfast centre. The coffee machine, toaster and a small sink with Quooker kettle tap is all housed within this compact area that can be closed off when not in use. Either side of that is two top of the range Siemens single ovens, a steam oven, compact microwave and oven as well as two warming drawers. Richard Downer This Georgian property is in an outstanding location with open views over Dartmoor and the sea beyond. Our brief for this project was to transform the property which has seen many unsympathetic alterations over the years with a new internal layout, external renovation and interior design scheme to provide a timeless home for a young family. The property required extensive remodelling both internally and externally to create a home that our clients call their “forever home”. Our refurbishment retains and restores original features such as fireplaces and panelling while incorporating the client's personal tastes and lifestyle. More specifically a dramatic dining room, a hard working boot room and a study/DJ room were requested. The interior scheme gives a nod to the Georgian architecture while integrating the technology for today's living. Generally throughout the house a limited materials and colour palette have been applied to give our client's the timeless, refined interior scheme they desired. Granite, reclaimed slate and washed walnut floorboards make up the key materials.

A Traditional Kitchen with a touch of Glitz & Glam. This kitchen features 2 islands with our antiqued blue finish, the perimeter is creme with a brown glaze, limestone floors, the tops are Jerusalem Grey-Gold limestone, an antiqued mirror ceiling detail, our custom tin hood & refrigerator panels, a La Cornue CornuFe 110, a TopBrewer, and a hand-carved farm sink. Antiqued French limestone flagstones were used for the floor throughout this renovated property. They were chosen to match in with some of the existing flooring which the owner was keen to keep in some areas.

A striking colour combination in this all painted option of the ‘Grove’ design. The peninsula island with seating for three divides the food preparation from the dining area whilst maintaining an open planned feel. The handmade cabinetry includes a tall double door larder and curved door worktop cabinets either side of the main window.
