We initially contacted Nicola for some guidance and advice around colour scheme for the house we just bought. Nicola provided several different options on how she could help and the costings for this which allowed a tailored and affordable package for what we needed. The time we spent together was thoroughly planned and productive, achieving the desired outcome. Nicola was led by our ideas around what we wanted, giving us different options and ideas to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble, Nicola went above and beyond and was available outside of our meetings to give advice and reassurance around our decision making. Nicola contacted me for a project involving 3 rooms of bespoke joinery in a renovation in Isleworth. Niki helped us after we started a kitchen extension in July 2020. We were not sure the plans we were given by our architect were the best for our internal space and wanted another opinion. She gave us great advice on rearranging our layout to make things flow better, and giving rooms a purpose so we don't waste space. She also helped us work with our kitchen designer to get the most out the space we had without wasting money on unnecessary units. We ended up going with almost all of Niki's ideas and we are thrilled with the results

I worked with Nicola Merritt Interior Design earlier this year on the refurbishment of my bathroom. I had never used an interior designer before and wasn't entirely sure what to expect. From our first contact, Nicola was friendly and made me feel at ease. She listened to my ideas and objectives for the refurbishment project and translated these into beautiful drawings. My husband and I had slightly different ideas of how the finished bathroom would look and Nicola was very patient in accommodating these ideas and suggested designs which we would both be happy with. At no point did I feel that she was trying to force her own ideas upon us. Nicola was mindful of our budget and was extremely helpful in assisting us to source high quality items to fit into our design scheme. She was committed to ensuring we were happy with every aspect of the design. Nicola was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.
