Design Statement This kitchen remodel was part of a major home remodel on five acres in the ranch country along California’s Central Coast. The overall architecture and interior design style of the home, and the kitchen in particular, is “modern farmhouse” with an intentional leaning toward modern, and striving further for “inspired.” With spectacular views of horses and vineyards just outside the windows, and a very open floor plan, the goal was to create a strikingly attractive and highly functional entertaining space that still allowed the views to be center stage. The two-tone blend of simple slab-style tobacco-colored “wood” cabinets with Midnight Shadow transitional cabinets resulted in a combination that is both classic and casual. High-end appliances, brass and black handles and faucets, Old-English metal mesh cabinet inserts, and inspired light fixtures add the finishing touches that deliver an inviting, and uniquely timeless “modern farmhouse.”

Providing a seamless flow of furniture between cooking and living spaces within an extensive renovation of a traditional arts & crafts property in the heart of Newcastle. The juxtaposition of ‘contemporary linear’ anthracite stone and soft matt pale grey creates striking contrasts of colour and texture.

This contemporary Luxury Eggersmann kitchen combined a dark oak run of tall units concealing all the appliances and an light island with Dekton Entzo worktops with shaped island sides. The appliances are all Miele and tap is Quooker providing boiling hot water a shaped Corian breakfast bar adds that social space for a snack and drink and stunning Dekton table for dining.

Our client's primary objective was to create a harmonious fusion between her kitchen, utility, and garden room. By opening up the space, she envisioned a seamless flow that unites these areas, making the kitchen the heart of her home. While she wanted to retain classic elements, her desire for a contemporary touch made this project even more exciting. Our mission was to make her vision a reality, ensuring she has a space she can enjoy for years to come. Coupled with PH1083 Antique Bronze handles, the range brings timeless appeal to the kitchen. We opted for Quartz worktops in the serene shade of Cimstone Lapland, ensuring the space is both bright and airy. This high-end luxury kosher kitchen is built using Eggersmann furniture and Quartz worktops a mix of electrical appliances mostly Siemens are all chosen for their suitability to the Sabbath requirements. A favourite feature has to be the walk-in pantry as this conceals a backup freezer, step ladders and lots of shelving for food and the large appliances including the shabbos kettle.

Kitchen extension with exposed steel structure and retained sight of external brick corner of the house retains an industrial feel in this glamorous high-ceilinged space. Cement floor adds additional texture. Bespoke open-shelved kitchen island designed by Style Your Space keeps sense of openess throughout the space. Kitchen installed by Roundhouse Design.
