This home underwent a massive renovation. Walls were removed, some replaced with stunning archways. A mid-century modern vibe took over, inspiring the white oak floos, white and oak cabinetry throughout, terrazzo tiles and overall vibe. Our whimiscal side, wanting to pay homage to the clients meditteranean roots, and their desire to entertain as much as possible, found amazing vintage-style tiles to incorporate into the laundry room along with a terrazzo floor tile. The living room boasts built-ins, a huge porcelain slab that echos beach/ocean views and artwork that establishes the client's love of beach moments. A dining room focussed on dinner parties includes an innovative wine storage wall, two hidden wine fridges and enough open cabinetry to display their growing collection of glasses. To enhance the space, a stunning blue grasscloth wallpaper anchors the wine rack, and the stunning gold bulbous chandelier glows in the space. Custom dining chairs and an expansive table provide plenty of seating in this room. The primary bathroom echoes all of the above. Watery vibes on the large format accent tiles, oak cabinetry and a calm, relaxed environment are perfect for this luxe space.

Practically every aspect of this home was worked on by the time we completed remodeling this Geneva lakefront property. We added an addition on top of the house in order to make space for a lofted bunk room and bathroom with tiled shower, which allowed additional accommodations for visiting guests. This house also boasts five beautiful bedrooms including the redesigned master bedroom on the second level. The main floor has an open concept floor plan that allows our clients and their guests to see the lake from the moment they walk in the door. It is comprised of a large gourmet kitchen, living room, and home bar area, which share white and gray color tones that provide added brightness to the space. The level is finished with laminated vinyl plank flooring to add a classic feel with modern technology. When looking at the exterior of the house, the results are evident at a single glance. We changed the siding from yellow to gray, which gave the home a modern, classy feel. The deck was also redone with composite wood decking and cable railings. This completed the classic lake feel our clients were hoping for. When the project was completed, we were thrilled with the results!

The bar area also doubles as a laundry area, with matching quartz countertops, Starburst concrete tile backsplash and custom walnut shelves matching the stairs handrail, with led lights under each shelve.

To spotlight the owners’ worldly decor, this remodel quietly complements the furniture and art textures, colors, and patterns abundant in this beautiful home. The original master bath had a 1980s style in dire need of change. By stealing an adjacent bedroom for the new master closet, the bath transformed into an artistic and spacious space. The jet-black herringbone-patterned floor adds visual interest to highlight the freestanding soaking tub. Schoolhouse-style shell white sconces flank the matching his and her vanities. The new generous master shower features polished nickel dual shower heads and hand shower and is wrapped in Bedrosian Porcelain Manifica Series in Luxe White with satin finish. The kitchen started as dated and isolated. To add flow and more natural light, the wall between the bar and the kitchen was removed, along with exterior windows, which allowed for a complete redesign. The result is a streamlined, open, and light-filled kitchen that flows into the adjacent family room and bar areas – perfect for quiet family nights or entertaining with friends. Crystal Cabinets in white matte sheen with satin brass pulls, and the white matte ceramic backsplash provides a sleek and neutral palette. The newly-designed island features Calacutta Royal Leather Finish quartz and Kohler sink and fixtures. The island cabinets are finished in black sheen to anchor this seating and prep area, featuring round brass pendant fixtures. One end of the island provides the perfect prep and cut area with maple finish butcher block to match the stove hood accents. French White Oak flooring warms the entire area. The Miele 48” Dual Fuel Range with Griddle offers the perfect features for simple or gourmet meal preparation. A new dining nook makes for picture-perfect seating for night or day dining. Previously a large underutilized mudroom, this space was split into to two. Making a butler's pantry and a more functional mudroom on the other side. This sweet space provides extra storage in it's face framed cabinets, ample prep space on this dreamy quartz and overflow cooking with an extra oven.

I was asked to design a compact wet bar for the space under the stairs that led to the roof deck. Problem solved! This design features glass-door upper cabinets with a sink base and panels for the lower portion that were designed around a compact beverage center and a bar sink. Quartz counters and oil rubbed bronze faucet highlight this project. Sleek subway tiles in white provide the perfect backdrop for this small but useful space!

This home bar is designed to impress with its built-in wine storage and stylish floating shelves. The cabinets are painted in Benjamin Moore's Cliffside Gray HC-180, perfectly matching the kitchen cabinets for a cohesive and unified look. The wine storage provides a convenient and organized space for your favorite bottles, while the floating shelves offer a display area for glassware or decorative items. The bar/scullery is a tasteful addition to any home, combining functionality and aesthetics in a harmonious way.
