Built in bench and storage cabinets inside a pool house cabana. Wet bar with sink, ice maker, refrigerator drawers, and kegerator. Floating shelves above counter. White shaker cabinets installed with shiplap walls and tile flooring.

To create the dry bar area that our clients wanted, Progressive Design Build removed the ceiling height drywall built-ins and replaced it with a large entertainment nook and separate dry bar nook. Bringing cohesion to the open living room and kitchen area, the new dry bar was designed using the same materials as the kitchen, which included a large bank of white Dura Supreme cabinets, a Calacutta Clara quartz countertop, and Morel wood-stained floating shelves.

This beverage area has a wet bar within its absolute black polished granite counter, tops white shaker cabinets. The backsplash is tin. The open shelves are made from reclaimed wood and feature subtle and modern lighting. The black iron hardware matches the hardware on the adjacent Dutch door. After tearing down this home's existing addition, we set out to create a new addition with a modern farmhouse feel that still blended seamlessly with the original house. The addition includes a kitchen great room, laundry room and sitting room. Outside, we perfectly aligned the cupola on top of the roof, with the upper story windows and those with the lower windows, giving the addition a clean and crisp look. Using granite from Chester County, mica schist stone and hardy plank siding on the exterior walls helped the addition to blend in seamlessly with the original house. Inside, we customized each new space by paying close attention to the little details. Reclaimed wood for the mantle and shelving, sleek and subtle lighting under the reclaimed shelves, unique wall and floor tile, recessed outlets in the island, walnut trim on the hood, paneled appliances, and repeating materials in a symmetrical way work together to give the interior a sophisticated yet comfortable feel. Total remodel of a rambler including finishing the basement. We moved the kitchen to a new location, added a large kitchen window above the sink and created an island with space for seating. Hardwood flooring on the main level, added a master bathroom, and remodeled the main bathroom. with a family room, wet bar, laundry closet, bedrooms, and a bathroom.

This D&G custom basement bar includes a barn wood accent wall, display selves with a herringbone pattern backsplash, white shaker cabinets and a custom-built wine holder.

The dry bar is conveniently located between the kitchen and family room but utilizes the space underneath new 2nd floor stairs. Ample countertop space also doubles as additional buffet serving area. Just a tiny bit of the original shiplap wall remains as a accent wall behind floating shelves. Custom built-in cabinets offer additional kitchen storage.

Since this home is on a lakefront, we wanted to keep the theme going throughout this space! We did two-tone cabinetry for this wet bar and incorporated earthy elements with the leather barstools and a marble chevron backsplash.
