As an Interior Designer, I have worked with The Gatti Group on a number of projects. They are professional, knowledgeable and Use trades people that are very skilled in their area of expertise. Each project is well managed as they follow a schedule ensuring the project is finished in a timely manner and within budget. I would recommend The Gatti Group without hesitation!

Out of many Contractors I contacted through my research on Houzz for my full house reno, Tony was the only one that responded next day to follow-up on our inquiry. After our phone call and meeting with Tony, we knew The Gatti Group was going to be the right contractor for us. We took a risk by going with a contractor we were not referred to by someone we knew but we were definitely so lucky to have found them. Joe and his brothers (Tony and Mike) have renovated this home as if it was their own and have gone above and beyond. We moved in before the renovations were completed and witnessed how hard they worked everyday. There was a lot of work to be done but they never rushed and the quality of work was never compromised. They always cleaned and tidied up before they left each day. They found the best and most respectful trades to complete the flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system etc. Their referral to a custom wood working company and designer were also great to work with. We have nothing but great things to say about The Gatti Group. They were always a phone call or message away. We would recommend them over and over again to anyone wanting to renovate their home.

The Gatti Group Corp. were wonderful to work with from the planning stages to the finishing touches of our renovation. We had our main floor completely renovated. This included removing a supporting wall between our old kitchen and dining room. Now we have a wonderful open space to entertain guests and prepare meals. We also had our family room, den, and washroom updated and made to be more functional. The whole process was made easier because of The Gatti Group's professional knowledge and expertise. The quality of work done by all of the trades that worked on our house was oustanding. We have had only positive comments from guests in our home regarding the workmanship. This year we finally accomplished the kitchen renovation we had been dreaming about for 20 years. The Gatti Group was recommended to us and, after our initial meeting, we knew they were the people we wanted to work with: honest, down to earth, friendly and approachable. We also found that their tradespeople reflected the same value system, excellent quality and attention to detail, and very respectful of our home, our property and our needs. The site was always tidy and organized after a day of work, which was very important to us since we lived in the house during the renovation. Tony and Joe showed great patience with our numerous questions, and always explained in detail each process and step along the way. It was apparent throughout the process that our satisfaction was of the utmost importance, and they made every effort to deliver on our requests. Tony was very honest with us when timelines needed extending or when our choices meant added costs. They were skillful problem solvers when challenges arose, as they always do. The quality of work, flexibility, and excellent communication of the Gatti Group ultimately made the renovation an exciting collaborative experience… and resulted in the kitchen of our dreams. We have enthusiastically recommended the Gatti Group to other customers, and will continue to do so.

We were unfortunate to have our basement flooded in 2013 and dealing with the aftermath was rather stressful. We hired the Gatti Group Corp. to completely redo our basement because of their excellent referrals, but more importantly their ability to listen to our concerns, their vision and plans for the basement that both met our needs and budget. They were trustworthy and worked together as a team. They were honest and realistic with the timelines. Tony Gatti was able to provide suggestions that would work for our family; suggestions that we would otherwise not have thought of. He was friendly, personable, organized and reasonable. We completely trusted him. We would absolutely recommend him to other families looking to renovate their home or completely start their home from scratch.

The Gatti Group was an excellent choice for our renovations. We wanted to do upgrades or but another property that was completely renovated. We had a difficult time finding another location to buy and that was to be at the level we wanted. We loved our location and our neighbours. When I first met with Tony, he explained the process clearly and invited us to speak with other Contrators. They explained what to "watch out" for in their quotations and they were right on. There are NO Surprises with The Gatti Group. Tony was very thorough in his explanations and how the procedure would go. Tony, Joe and Marco were always helpful and there to answer our questions. Their attention to detail is amazing. They perform in ways to assist that we get the optimal reno. Things that I would not be aware of would be suggested to look at or consider. No pressure tactics at all. Lawrence, a worker with them is great. Their contractors that work with were good as well. Their work has been great. A lot of attention to detail. I really appreciate that. I think my best experience with the Gatti Group is the communication. Always easy to reach and answered my questions as they arose. That made the process so much easier. Being Client Service orientated is a true bonus. They are great with that and they showed up to work! They weren't like past experiences, were someone shows up for a couple hours, then you don't see them for a week. They were there most weekdays from 7am. Even my neighbours commented on that. I would certainly feel very confident in recommending the Gatti Group to friends and family. Tony and Joe put their clients first and that truly is so nice to see. I have already recommended them to two other people, including my neighbor.

The Gatti Group Corp met our expectations and more. We had our whole main floor renovated (kitchen, dining room, living room, breakfast area, kitchen and powder room). They worked everyday (weekends off, of course) and very organized. From Tony, Joe, Rebecca, Ben - cabinetry, Celia - designer, Steve - electrician, Dave - painter, the Tile guy, the hardwood guy, plummer, HVAC guys - The whole crew was very respectful and approachable. Each person was knowledgeable and exhibited excellence in their trade, and was evident in the final result. They are very open about our ideas, and made it less overwhelming for us. For example, I told Celia to just give me 3 choices for paints, countertops, cabinets, etc to choose from because I got overwhelmed if there are a lot to choose from. She worked with everyone in the team to make sure that I got the right choices for the theme we were aiming for. There are, of course, some delays and changes in schedule, but these are out of anyone's control (i.e. waiting for permits, HVAC cancelled a couple of times due to unforseen circumstances, cleaning lady not showing up on date scheduled). However, we found these to be minor set backs. Under Tony and Joe's leadership, the whole team worked together to deliver the best possible service and product. They are very truthful and reasonable about the cost of the work and materials from the beginning, during and after. The workmanship is high quality. When they were finished, our house felt and still feels like a home. My children loves being home more because they made it cozy and lovely.

Joe is a true craftsman with attention to detail. He quickly resolved any problems he encountered during the project without any additional charges. Very highly recommended!

After living in our home for 14 years, we had decided to have our basement renovated by The Gatti Group Corp. We are extremely pleased that we found the right contractor and the time we took was well worth the wait.
