At 2968 square feet, the Vale home is not only spacious, but provides ample storage options. The incredible storage space begins with the oversized garage and practical mudroom entrance. This leads into the dining and kitchen area, which contains a large pantry, island and abundant counter space, perfect for entertaining or day-to-day life. The kitchen, adjacent to the great room features lots of natural lighting. The second level features even more space and storage, beginning with the versatile loft area that can turn into an optional junior suite. The expansive master suite opens with double doors and boasts a coffered ceiling. The master bathroom features a dual vanity, water closet, soaking tub and another oversized closet. Rounding out the home are two additional sizeable bedrooms with substantial closet space as well. Live in organized comfort, in a home perfect home for those needing extra space and storage.

A rejuvenation project of the entire first floor of approx. 1700sq. The kitchen was completely redone and redesigned with relocation of all major appliances, construction of a new functioning island and creating a more open and airy feeling in the space. A "window" was opened from the kitchen to the living space to create a connection and practical work area between the kitchen and the new home bar lounge that was constructed in the living space. New dramatic color scheme was used to create a "grandness" felling when you walk in through the front door and accent wall to be designated as the TV wall. The stairs were completely redesigned from wood banisters and carpeted steps to a minimalistic iron design combining the mid-century idea with a bit of a modern Scandinavian look. The old family room was repurposed to be the new official dinning area with a grand buffet cabinet line, dramatic light fixture and a new minimalistic look for the fireplace with 3d white tiles.

Custom built in cabinetry and shelving create a great bar area located adjacent to the kitchen perfect for hosting large gatherings at the lake. Shiplap backsplash was reused from another area of the home.

This lower level bar features cabinets from Shiloh Cabinetry on hickory in "Silas" with a "Graphite" glaze in their Lancaster door style. The wet bar in the upstairs billiard room has a Caesarstone Quartz countertop in Espresso. The rich brown of the Espresso quartz countertop is a nice contrast to the cabinets in cream and the beautiful heart of pine floors.

Custom designed bar by Daniel Salzman (Salzman Design Build) and the home owner. Ann sacks glass tile for the upper shelve backs, reclaimed wood blocks for the lower bar and seating area. We used Laminam porcelain slab for the counter top to match the sink.

Lotus Home Improvement took a dated oak kitchen and transformed it to a modern farmhouse chic space. Adding an island and bar made the space flow and feel cohesive.
