Lotus Home Improvement was founded in 2017 with a mission: Make the home remodeling and general construction process easier, less expensive and more rewarding for families across the metro Chicago and northern suburbs. Marcus and I do our best to help educate homeowners on the jobsite and off. I can't say enough nice things about Lotus Home Improvement! Every single person I encountered was kind and courteous. We did a full gut remodel of my kitchen. We had to keep the footprint as it was, but somehow they managed to double my storage space! They had wonderful ideas to maximize every inch and in the end my kitchen even looked twice the size given their clean, streamlined design choices. Their communication was great, they always responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly. They kept me up to date on timelines and given the scope of the project worked VERY quickly. Because the kitchen turned out so well, I'm hoping I can hire them for the bathrooms next. I recommended them to my neighbor and they finished his basement and it looks fabulous. All in all they made everything so easy. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

I would highly recommend Lotus Home Improvement for your basement finishing and remodeling projects. Marcus, Camille and their awesome team were professional, trustworthy, responsive, and completed the project on time as per our needs. They took care of the permit process, raw material purchase, coordinating with electrician, etc., providing white-glove service throughout the duration of the project. They finished the basement exactly the way how we wanted it and provided recommendations appropriately to help me make right decisions. They were easy to work with and always available via text, email or phone. I am extremely happy with the final outcome and have received compliments on our basement from friends. My children absolutely love the finished basement and spend most of their time out there playing. Their price was reasonable (trust me I received quotes from several contractors before finalizing lotus home improvement) and they delivered the project within budget. I will definitely hire them for any home improvement projects in the future.

I worked with Lotus for a basement rehab. The whole team was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process! They were super helpful during the design process and also listened well to what we wanted. They started work promptly when they said they would and stayed on track while also staying in communication throughout the whole project. And of course, the project looks GREAT -- there was not even a punch-list of anything that needed to be touched up at the end. We couldn't have been happier working with them!

We just worked with Lotus Home Improvement to do a complete kitchen remodel from top to bottom. Marcus, Camille, and Dawn were incredibly professional and walked us through every step from the beginning. They kept all the details together, created beautiful designs, and really listened to what we wanted and how we live, in order to make a space that truly works for us. The walls, cabinets, and tile are truly beautiful and their finish work is perfect. They also had great solutions for any issues that came up during the project, based on issues in the house - like cement walls behind old tile. 5/5 stars and can't wait to renovate our bathrooms with them.

Lotus Home Improvement made our complete kitchen renovation a pleasant and satisfying experience! It was obvious right away that Marcus and Camille knew what they were talking about. They are a husband and wife team who both work very hard and compliment each other so well too. They did an initial visit and did measurements, showed us pictures of their past work and listened to what we had in mind. They came back a short time later and had created a beautiful design based on our needs and wants for us and guided us to the right cabinet choices. I really appreciated them always trying to point out where less expensive choices would be good, so we could spend where we needed to and save where it was ok to save. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. The installation went so well too. Their installation crew is fantastic! On time everyday, clean and remarkable work. Marcus warned us about the chance of unforeseen issues and he was diligent with keeping us informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again if I should have to do a remodeling project in the future. If you have a remodeling project, please use support this family business. Lotus Home Improvement is exactly what the renovation industry needs more of!
