A British client requested an 'unfitted' look. Robinson Interiors was called in to help create a space that appeared built up over time, with vintage elements. For this kitchen reclaimed wood was used along with three distinctly different cabinet finishes (Stained Wood, Ivory, and Vintage Green), multiple hardware styles (Black, Bronze and Pewter) and two different backsplash tiles. We even used some freestanding furniture (A vintage French armoire) to give it that European cottage feel. A fantastic 'SubZero 48' Refrigerator, a British Racing Green Aga stove, the super cool Waterstone faucet with farmhouse sink all hep create a quirky, fun, and eclectic space! We also included a few distinctive architectural elements, like the Oculus Window Seat (part of a bump-out addition at one end of the space) and an awesome bronze compass inlaid into the newly installed hardwood floors. This bronze plaque marks a pivotal crosswalk central to the home's floor plan. Finally, the wonderful purple and green color scheme is super fun and definitely makes this kitchen feel like springtime all year round! Masterful use of Pantone's Color of the year, Ultra Violet, keeps this traditional cottage kitchen feeling fresh and updated.

A cozy and intimate kitchen in a summer home right here in South Lebanon. The kitchen is used by an avid baker and was custom built to suit those needs.

Before, the kitchen was very closed off, dark and did not have a good flow. When designing the new kitchen, we reconfigured the layout, which allowed us to create a more linear design that functioned better for our client and her needs. This new layout created ample storage that allowed our client to organize her kitchen, have all the upgraded interior features and a place for everything. We also made sure all the appliances needed were incorporated into the kitchen along with a 60" refrigerator! The island became a major focal point, like a piece of furniture with decorative legs, that grounded the space and became the main gathering place with enough seating for five. Our client selected a really pretty distressed green inset cabinetry for the main kitchen area that really set the tone for the new farmhouse style in the home. The accent decorative range hood, glass uppers with the X Mullions, granite countertops, farmhouse sink, statement faucet and the handcrafted tile backsplash she selected tied everything together.

Complete remodel of kitchen area which included repurposing the previous dining area, removing a wall adding an I beam for support, and adding a bump out addition of 15'. Our clients wanted to create a modern farmhouse kitchen, however since all of their walls were white, white cabinetry was out. We selected this moody green which works fabulously with the natural toned Mirage hardwood floors and custom waterfall island. The counter and cabinet layouts were planned around oversized appliances.

photo by David Papazian. Butcher block work surfaces dominate the functional area of the kitchen. Old fir floors were revealed under linoleum. All architectural features were left intact and enhanced by making the main area the kitchen and the darker area storage.

Dramatic and moody never looked so good, or so inviting. Beautiful shiplap detailing on the wood hood and the kitchen island create a sleek modern farmhouse vibe in the decidedly modern kitchen. An entire wall of tall cabinets conceals a large refrigerator in plain sight and a walk-in pantry for amazing storage. Two beautiful counter-sitting larder cabinets flank each side of the cooking area creating an abundant amount of specialized storage. An extra sink and open shelving in the beverage area makes for easy clean-ups after cocktails for two or an entire dinner party. The warm contrast of paint and stain finishes makes this cozy kitchen a space that will be the focal point of many happy gatherings. The two-tone cabinets feature Dura Supreme Cabinetry’s Carson Panel door style is a dark green “Rock Bottom” paint contrasted with the “Hazelnut” stained finish on Cherry. This kitchen was created with StarMark Cabinetry's Heritage door style in Maple finished in a cabinet color called Moss Green with Chocolate glaze. The cabinetry received Cottage Distressing. The island and the accent color in this kitchen is Maple finished in Oregano with Latte glaze. The drawers have optional five piece drawer headers.

Un évier timbre d’office et des étagères en chêne soutenues par des équerre en laiton vieilli. Pour la couleur des façades, les clients ont opté pour un joli vert roseau, à la fois élégant et intemporel. Un plan de travail en Dekton (alliage de verre, porcelaine et quartz, ce matériaux est très résistant aux rayures, à la chaleur et facile d’entretien). Un marbré discret brun qui apporte une touche sophistiquée à l’ensemble.
