Completely remodeled beach house with an open floor plan, beautiful light wood floors and an amazing view of the water. After walking through the entry with the open living room on the right you enter the expanse with the sitting room at the left and the family room to the right. The original double sided fireplace is updated by removing the interior walls and adding a white on white shiplap and brick combination separated by a custom wood mantle the wraps completely around.

Kitchen , Dining, Living Combo with direct access to the outdoor living through the large sliding doors. 6 stained wood beams horizontal across the great room with 2 chandeliers and 2 island pendants. The fireplace is double sided adjacent to the home office.

This House was a true Pleasure to convert from what was a 1970's nightmare to a present day wonder of nothing but high end luxuries and amenities abound!

People ask us all the time to make their wood floors look like they're something else. In this case, please turn my red oak floors into something shabby chic that looks more like white oak. And so we did!

Situated above the Vancouver skyline, overlooking the city below, this custom home is a top performer on top of it all. An open kitchen, dining, and great room with a 99 bottle capacity wine wall, this space is made for entertaining. The three car garage houses the technical equipment including solar inverters and the Tesla Powerwall 2. A vehicle lift allows for easy maintenance and double parking storage. The brief for the living room included creating a space that is comfortable, modern and where the couple’s young children can play and make a mess. We selected a bright, vintage rug to anchor the space on top of which we added a myriad of seating opportunities that can move and morph into whatever is required for playing and entertaining.

This tall wall for the fireplace had art niches that I wanted removed along with the boring white tile border around the fireplace. I wanted a clean and simple look. I replaced the white tile that surrounded the inside of the fireplace with black glass mosaic tile. This helped to give the fireplace opening a more solid look.

This library space, opposite the great room, can serve multiple purposes and still remain beautiful while functioning as a multi-purpose room.
