We are a high end timber frame company. We were hired to install complicated timber and steel on a net zero house that Naikoon was building. I highly recommend these guys for any complicated, high end project. They were great to collaborate with and had a real attention to detail and teamwork.

My experience with the Naikoon team was amazing. Pre and post communication with project manager Scott, was excellent. The quality of workmanship by Yan was outstanding. I certainly tecommend the team at Naikoon if you want project satisfaction.

The crew at Naikoon are among the best contracting teams we have worked with. Their professionalism, communication, and creativity are second to none. Pat Hearn, the site superintendent for this house, not only worked tirelessly to create an exceptionally well crafted piece of architecture, but his relationship with both the owner and with our office was effortless. It's rare that a builder cares this much about the people they work with, as well as the quality of the final product. We look forward to collaborating again with Naikoon in the near future.

We hired Naikoon in 2015 to build our home. Joe and his entire team were professional, responsive and excellent to work with. Clearly, they have a developed a great project management process and were able to deliver our custom home on schedule and on budget. We had a few issues after we moved in, but again, Naikoon was prompt to address and perform the repairs. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home builder!

We could not recommend Naikoon more highly. Before starting our build, we'd heard only nightmares about the renovating and building process from others. Naikoon told a different story. From the first conversations to years after our build, Naikoon has been incredible. From not going over-budget or timeline, to addressing concerns and issues pre, during and post-build, to becoming friends and supporting our charity, Naikoon has been and is nothing short of incredible. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a house.

I used this company to build my house. This is the first time I had a house built and I heard all the horror stories of construction companies, but I can honestly say that this was a pleasurable and straightforward experience. Their team was always transparent about costs and were flexible to changes in design. If you want your house build with the highest level of integrity and if you are interested in building a house that is energy efficient and employs the latests Green initiatives, look no further!!

Joe and his team at Naikoon Contracting are amazing. They are professional, friendly, helpful and prompt. They really care and are invested in doing the best they can for you. I repeatedly saw them go that extra mile for their client. It's a part of their work culture and you can see the trust their clients give them as a result. If they had any questions, they made sure to contact me. All their trades were very respectful and willing to answer any questions I had for them. We really enjoyed working with Naikoon Contracting. They’re professional and will use their expertise to build your dream home with eco-friendly products. One of the projects we collaborated on was the Midori Uchi, it was recognized as one of the greenest home in Canada. They specified using our high quality, modernly designed products including our pendants, wall mounts, and track system. They have an amazing team and are detail-oriented when it comes to selecting the perfect lighting.

コメント：who did your laser etched staircase panels? gorgeousHi Debra, the design was actually done by the client himself (David Evans) with only a few minor adjustments made to make the guards code compliant. Marcon Metal Fab laser cut the design into the pane...

コメント：deck railingHi! Thanks for the compliments, we love this house! The railings were built with glass (to maintain the killer view from that patio) and the beams are all aluminum (weather-proof and lightweight).
