Joni and Joe do a fabulous job, start to finish. They completed my main floor project timely with no surprises. I’d recommend them to anyone doing a refinish project.

We don't like writing reviews, whether good or bad but were required to by Artistic Floors...so here it goes. We had the wood floors refinished on the main floor of our house. A match in color and a decision where to "draw the line" in blending the old and newly refinished floors was needed. Artistic Floors did a great job of this, especially with the stairs going downstairs. The blending of new and old floor colors especially around the balusters was expertly done. Where the new floors meet the old in a bedroom (not being done), the change in look and color is hardly even recognizable. It is very professionally done! The project was completed in the scheduled time frame, even though there was some bad weather involved. There was little dust and no cleanup for us to do anywhere. We had a couple of questions about some small, small patches that looked like the wood was cracked. We were told that that was sort of natural when you sanded wood and that they would follow up with possible filling or wax if it was warranted. All in all we had a very pleasant and professional experience with Artistic Floors. We are anxiously awaiting our cleaning kit and instructions after this review is completed.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Artistic Floors by Design remodeling our stairs and stair railings, and we cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the results. Artistic was recommended to us by Palo Duro Hardwoods which supplied the flooring material. Joni was easy to work with when we were deciding exactly what we wanted. She also educated us on the all the various options. It was basically a two week project for a team of two. The workers were prompt, professional, worked hard, did not make much of a mess and left the the equipment and material well organized and out of the way when they left at night. They were easy to have around. We were surprised at how little dust they generated when sanding. The results are beautiful! Based on Joni's recommendation we went with a penetratingly oil and we are very pleased with the results. The floors are very solid now, no squeaks or other noises - except for foot steps. One of our walls is made of field stones and they did an impressive job of cutting the wood so it follows the all the zigs and zags of the rocks. Planning on having some additional flooring done and will definitely be using Artistic Floors.

Thank you Artistic Floors by Design for the Amazing transformation of our floors! We went from dingy orange Hickory to stunning natural. Joni was professional and easy to work with and answered all of our questions timely. Paul and Colin showed up everyday like clockwork and Paul was very pleasant to talk to and answered all our questions during the sanding and finishing. The hardest part was choosing a color! We highly recommend Artistic Floors for all you flooring needs!

These folks are some of THE most professional people we have ever encountered since moving to Parker! Joni is the first contact we had and she continually took a personal interest in our job and followed up with each and everything we needed throughout our job. When you then meet Joe...you find out that he and Joni are the perfect pairing! He takes great pride in his work and will make sure that each and every issue...no matter how small...will be taken care of. This was so refreshing! We hired Artistic Floors to "fix" issues we had with a previous floor finisher. We found them by contacting the National Hardwood Floor Association....where they are highly recommended and certified. We have very difficult knotty alderwood hardwood floors...and Joe made sure that everything was just as he wanted it...or they worked to make it that way. We highly recommend Artistic Floors without reservation.

Five stars for Artistic Floors by Design. My floor got damaged when a new refrigerator was brought into my kitchen. I hired Artistic Floors by Design to do the necessary refinishing which entailed all of the wood floors as they are all connected. Options for color and type of finish were provided, actually done on a section of the floor near the kitchen cabinets. The change in the appearance is phenomenal. It looks like new wood, the gouges caused by the refrigerator delivery have disappeared. The house was new in the late 90s when I moved in, and I don't remember the floors ever looking this good. Everyone that I worked with was responsive, polite, and concerned about my final satisfaction. The job was concluded exactly as scheduled; no delays of any sort. I cannot say enough positive things about Artistic Floors by Design and my experience working them.

Our floors look better than the day we moved in. Beautiful job by Artistic Floors by Design. Joe was great to work with and there was a minimal inconvenience to us while the job was being done. Very important was the great communication by Joni and Joe before the job and during it so we knew what to expect and how to properly care for our floor once the job was complete. Great people to work with. Great craftmanship and a very reasonable price. We are so happy that we chose Artistic Floors by Design.

This company is the real deal! Excellent craftsmanship, and prompt thorough communications throughout the process. We heard horror stories regarding the amount of dust created in a re-finish project. We were shocked at how little dust was actually left behind, barley noticeable. Highly recommended!

We researched and received bids from several wood flooring contractors, but then was lucky enough to find Artistic Floors by Design, Inc. on the Houzz website. The scope of work was quite extensive and involved refinishing existing wood throughout the home as well as installing new wood in various areas. The tricky part of the project was to match the new wood with our existing color of wood. In my business, I have worked with many contractors and subcontractors. Artistic Floors is one of the best teams I have ever encountered - from the initial contact through all the work phases to completion. Joe and his team were skilled, professional, hard-working and attentive to details. The completed project was outstanding, and we cannot be happier. Perhaps one of the most important details is their attitude to ensure our complete satisfaction. We hired Artistic Floors by Design to refinish existing hardwood and install new hardwood in our sitting room. Throughout the project, Joni was transparent & answered all our questions. It is clear that they are passionate about their work, and our floors turned out beautifully. After the project was completed, we discovered that one of our cold air return vents on the staircase leading down to the sitting room was covered over by a paint grade riser— a mistake we would not have expected to happen from this group. They were quick to respond to the mistake. We will be hiring them again to do our stairs.
