Se diseña un mueble a medida, creando un elemento unitario, lineal y que absorbe los cambios de planimetría de la sala. Utilizamos el color blanco por el mobiliario y el color madera por el sobre que abarca todo el conjunto. Está compuesto por un conjunto de cajones de gran profundidad, armarios y buques abiertos a lo largo de la sala. Nuestros clientes necesitan almacenamiento y también una estantería que luzca sus libros. Por ello, rematamos el diseño con unas estanterías flotantes que blancas, sin soportes visibles que dan importancia a los libros y elementos que las decoran. Con el diseño a medida aprovechamos cada rincón. Sin dejar nunca de poner énfasis en la reubicación y selección de las nuevas luminarias de la sala que dan respuesta al nuevo día a día del espacio.

This finish basement project in Bayport, Minnesota included a custom accent wall created by our in-house finish carpenter team. Additionally, it included a wet bar, game room, bedroom and a hidden bookcase under the stairs.

The homeowner provided us an inspiration photo for this built in electric fireplace with shiplap, shelving and drawers. We brought the project to life with Fashion Cabinets white painted cabinets and shelves, MDF shiplap and a Dimplex Ignite fireplace.

in this open floor plan, a half level above the main great room is a true tv room complete with a half moon window from which to see the ocean beyond. walls are painted a lime green and the sectional upholstered in a sky blue. floor is covered in seagrass and furniture is remiscent of the mid century age. rosewood and white lacquer media console bookended by the iconic floor lamp. swivel chair is upholstered in lime green velvet while the cube ottomans are done in a true ageatic blue velvet.

The whitewashed Cali Bamboo hardwood floors offer the modern home a fresh, natural color. Each plank is topped with a 2mm thick European White Oak veneer sourced from responsibly managed forests. The best part about these floors? These floors are genuinely green to the core, so you never have to feel like you sacrificed sustainability for beauty!

Innovative Design Build was hired to remodel an existing fireplace in a single family home in Boca Raton, Florida. We were not to change the footprint of the fireplace or to replace the fire box. Our design brought this outdated dark bulky fireplace that looked like it belonged in a log cabin, into 2020 with a modern sleeker design. We replaced the whole surround including the hearth and mantle, as well as painted the side walls. The clients, who prefer a more coastal design, loved the traditional brick pattern for the surround, so we used creamy colors in a multi format design to give it a lot of texture. Then we chose a beautiful porcelain slab that was cut using mitered edges for a seamless look. We then stained a custom mantle to match other wood tones in their home tying it into the surrounding furniture. Finally we painted the walls in a lighter greige tone to compliment the newly remodeled fireplace. This project was finished in under a month, just in time for the clients to enjoy the Christmas holiday.
