I highly recommend Reinvention Intentions, LLC for home staging. We recently hired Reinvention Intentions to stage an investment property and the finished product was AMAZING. I didn't think we would have money in the budget for staging; however, I am glad we did. Lia's taste is impeccable and the pictures and furnishings elevated the property. It makes a tremendous difference when you can show a property in it's best light. We expect a quick sale.

Lia is the best in the business. She helped us transform three rooms all in one day. We added so much character to our living space and made functional improvements that are so aesthetically pleasing! Lia has a talent like no other. Smart, funny and knows a bargain when she sees it. We hired Reinvention Intentions after our home failed to sell in its first two weeks on the market, despite several showings. We received an extremely helpful and comprehensive consultation report which included strategies we would never have discovered on our own or by an internet search, because they were specifically targeted for specified areas of our house and property. We immediately began implementing the recommendations listed, and were about 50% finished, when the very next day the first showing resulted in an enthusiastic and rapid offer/contract and glowing buyer reviews about the "condition" and "curb appeal" of our home. And we had spent less than $65 on carrying out the staging recommendations (de-clutter, plants, paint)! We have no doubt that the buyer's response was due to the professional advice we received from Reinvention Intentions.

I had the pleasure of working with Lia to upgrade my kitchen. We quickly transformed it by putting in a back splash, painting the walls, and updated the ceiling fan. We also relocated the fridge, and kitchen furniture to improve the flow of the kitchen. She opened my mind to ideas I would have never thought to do on my own, while still incorporating things within my comfort zone. If you're looking for a stager stop here! She's great to work with!

Reinvention Intentions LLC came in to restyle my space and I love it! I can now see how much the right accessories can make a difference. With a few pillows and throws in the right place makes my bedroom so inviting space arranged this way.
