Kristen was wonderful to work with. She was able to blend existing furniture and décor with new pieces in her design. We absolutely love our new family room!

My wife and I hired this company after witnessing the fantastic job they did at another property. We knew with their expertise, eye for detail, and overall quick feedback and quality customer service, there was no one else we wanted to hire. The process was incredibly easy, even with the added constraint of communicating remotely due to COVID-19. Our consultant, Kristen Plumer, was very patient and took the time necessary to help guide us in choosing everything from the exquisite finishes to the small touch of decoration pieces we required. Kristen provided us all these things to ensure we finish renovating our master bedroom to our complete kitchen remodel on time and on budget. We would and will hire Kristen again for any and all remodel and design projects.

Kristen is amazing! We found her on houzz.com when we were relocating to a new city/house and looking for a designer to help turn our new house into a home. Kristen has the expertise, knowledge and passion to create beautiful spaces! She has a true talent with interior designs! Kristen takes the time to really get to know you (likes and dislikes) and your home. She is an expert at creating a vision for your room/rooms and works tirelessly to find the perfect pieces for your home. We absolutely love what Kristen has done in our home! She has definitely exceeded all of my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for design help.

Kristen basically decorated our whole house! We've lived here for 9 years and hadn't done much to make our house into our own home. There isn't one room that she didn't touch. She took the time to understand our living style, including considerations for “family heirlooms or furniture/decorations” that were in the “must keep category. She assimilated this info and made recommendations based on what we said we wanted and even if we didn't see the whole picture at first, it came together perfectly in the end. We are so happy with our home and not only the way it looks, but the utility of being comfortable and the warmth to our kids/grandkids and family – it is a beautiful and useful home that we don't want to move from anymore! The work that Kristen did ranged from a major kitchen remodel to other rooms getting paint and new accessories. Everything just seems to go together and make sense. We love every room! We would (and have) definitely recommend her. We loved working with Kristen!!

Kristen came out to assist me picking a color scheme for our new house. I really had no idea how I wanted the area to look. The colors she suggested turned out to be beautiful! We are enjoying the rooms we painted and are looking forward to having Kristen help me with the next area I intend to remodel. I would recommend Kristen to help you design your area!

Kristen is both fun and knowledgeable to work with. She asks good questions and really wants to make sure that she knows what we want and that we know what our choices are. We also appreciated her ability to include both my husband and me in every step; some decorators are quite condescending to my husband (to their detriment), but Kristen was never dismissive of his concerns or ideas.

This is our third project with Kristen. Like each before she brought unique ideas that fit my style and budget. Her professionalism shows in how she assembles a beautiful ensemble, and her ability to stage it all is simply unsurpassed! I started working with Kristen about 1 1/2 - 2 years ago. I am only doing one room - a living room that gets everyday use. I like a lot of control and don't necessarily like to spend a lot of time shopping so I suspect that it has taken me much longer than most. I never felt pressure from Kristen to work faster than i was comfortable. We would talk about color and style of a piece, she would show me some things online that she thought would be good and I was free to shop on my own or with her. She was also willing to all the purchasing but I wanted to it myself. Most recently i had her come over to help hang the artwork in the room and it is really a finishing touch. I didn't have any deadline. I prefer to get one or two pieces at a time and see how the room evolves. I replaced: 2 lg sofas, 1 buffet, 2 pc coffee table, 2 end tables, 1 corner table, 2 floor lamps, 1 table lamp, art conservation and framing, custom shears and rod. Still need: 1 med. Media console - no hurry to get this but with Kristin's help know color and style I am looking for but am waiting on media purchase. She also helped me with color consultation in a bedroom and placing other artwork pieces in the family room. She is very open and easy to talk to and I would not hesitate to work with her again in other areas of the house.

We felt Kristen was professional and prepared.She assisted with idea generation for a newer, larger home that needed spacial layout; while keeping with our personal wants. She has energy and enthusiasm.

The entire process of working with Kristen to furnish and decorate our new home was smooth and stress-free. Kristen listened to our ideas and preferences and she was able to guide us to create a finished product. She easily came up with multiple choices and ideas that appropriately fit our style and needs. Kristen was patient and understanding with our busy schedules and lack of experience in decorating an entire house. She seamlessly incorporated the things that we already owned that had sentimental value. Kristen essentially helped us furnish and decorate every room in our new home! Kristen's ability to assess the space in a room and to fill it appropriately with furnishings and decor is impressive! Kristen was not "pushy" and did not try to force her style or opinion on us. Rather, she took the time to listen to our wants and needs and incorporated those into the final plan. She also helped us to consider new styles that were unbeknownst to us. We would absolutely recommend Kristen to our friends and family! And, in fact, we have referred her already to our loved ones. We worked with Kristen in a start-to-finish project to furnish our new home. In the near future, we plan to work with her to expand the decor in our basement. We were surprised that Kristen was as organized and accessible as she was. We were very impressed with her work ethic and attention to detail. We truly appreciate Kristen's talent and expertise. We always looked forward to seeing and working with Kristen because of her enthusiastic, positive, and energetic personality. She was extremely knowledgeable about interior design and we can't wait to work with her again!
