Our Seattle studio designed this stunning 5,000+ square foot Snohomish home to make it comfortable and fun for a wonderful family of six. On the main level, our clients wanted a mudroom. So we removed an unused hall closet and converted the large full bathroom into a powder room. This allowed for a nice landing space off the garage entrance. We also decided to close off the formal dining room and convert it into a hidden butler's pantry. In the beautiful kitchen, we created a bright, airy, lively vibe with beautiful tones of blue, white, and wood. Elegant backsplash tiles, stunning lighting, and sleek countertops complete the lively atmosphere in this kitchen. On the second level, we created stunning bedrooms for each member of the family. In the primary bedroom, we used neutral grasscloth wallpaper that adds texture, warmth, and a bit of sophistication to the space creating a relaxing retreat for the couple. We used rustic wood shiplap and deep navy tones to define the boys' rooms, while soft pinks, peaches, and purples were used to make a pretty, idyllic little girls' room. In the basement, we added a large entertainment area with a show-stopping wet bar, a large plush sectional, and beautifully painted built-ins. We also managed to squeeze in an additional bedroom and a full bathroom to create the perfect retreat for overnight guests. For the decor, we blended in some farmhouse elements to feel connected to the beautiful Snohomish landscape. We achieved this by using a muted earth-tone color palette, warm wood tones, and modern elements. The home is reminiscent of its spectacular views – tones of blue in the kitchen, primary bathroom, boys' rooms, and basement; eucalyptus green in the kids' flex space; and accents of browns and rust throughout. ---Project designed by interior design studio Kimberlee Marie Interiors. Немецкий гарнитур от компании Leicht выполнен в минималистическом стиле – имеет двухцветное исполнение. Дверные ручки отсутствуют, чтобы не нарушать геометрические пропорции фасадов. На одной стене полностью отсутствует верхний ряд шкафов. Вытяжка и варочная панель BORA Basic в едином модуле. Стена отделана широкоформатным керамогранитом Arch Skin. Одинаковая фактура материалов стен и пола - довольно необычный подход к отделке жилого помещения, но несмотря на визуальный холод материала, создает очень приятное, обволакивающее ощущение. Потолок кухни имеет несколько уровней и вариаций архитектурного освещения «Центрсвет». Гарнитур, стены и потолок - фон. Главным акцентом как раз стал яркий оригинальный стол и стулья. Массивная латунная опора стола Deod от SOVET Italia выполнена в естественном равновесии геометрии. Автор Джанлуиджи Ландони был вдохновлен скульптурными линиями Доломитовых Альп. Стулья Magda Couture от Cattelan Italia в представлении не нуждается. Это новая версия модели, с простёжкой.

Built by Pettit & Sevitt in the 1970s, this architecturally designed split-level home needed a refresh. Studio Black Interiors worked with builders, REP building, to transform the interior of this home with the aim of creating a space that was light filled and open plan with a seamless connection to the outdoors. The client’s love of rich navy was incorporated into all the joinery. Fifty years on, it is joyous to view this home which has grown into its bushland suburb and become almost organic in referencing the surrounding landscape. Renovation by REP Building. Our clients decided to take their childhood home down to the studs and rebuild into a contemporary three-story home filled with natural light. We were struck by the architecture of the home and eagerly agreed to provide interior design services for their kitchen, three bathrooms, and general finishes throughout. The home is bright and modern with a very controlled color palette, clean lines, warm wood tones, and variegated tiles.

We opened up the back of the hous eto create one big open plan space moving the kitchen and bringing in large sliding doors to connect the outside with inside. A large shaker style kitchen with modern handles and traditional glass light fittings.

As we shift our gaze within this captivating open-plan kitchen, the design narrative continues to unfold seamlessly. The veneer doors and shaker-style wall cabinet doors blend effortlessly, offering a perfect marriage of contemporary and traditional elements. From this different vantage point, our attention is drawn to the exquisite island design, where rhythmic arches extend a graceful invitation towards the adjacent living room. These enchanting arches mirror the design finesse seen in the wall cabinets, creating an unbroken visual thread that weaves through the entire space.
