This Master Bathroom, Bedroom and Closet remodel was inspired with Asian fusion. Our client requested her space be a zen, peaceful retreat. This remodel Incorporated all the desired wished of our client down to the smallest detail. A nice soaking tub and walk shower was put into the bathroom along with an dark vanity and vessel sinks. Modern Citi Group helped Andrew and Malabika in their renovation journey, as they sought to transform their 2,400 sq ft apartment in Sutton Place. This comprehensive renovation project encompassed both architectural and construction components. On the architectural front, it involved a legal combination of the two units and layout adjustments to enhance the overall functionality, create an open floor plan and improve the flow of the residence. The construction aspect of the remodel included all areas of the home: the kitchen and dining room, the living room, three bedrooms, the master bathroom, a powder room, and an office/den. Throughout the renovation process, the primary objective remained to modernize the apartment while ensuring it aligned with the family’s lifestyle and needs. The design challenge was to deliver the modern aesthetics and functionality while preserving some of the existing design features. The designers worked on several layouts and design visualizations so they had options. Finally, the choice was made and the family felt confident in their decision. From the moment the permits were approved, our construction team set out to transform every corner of this space. During the building phase, we meticulously refinished floors, walls, and ceilings, replaced doors, and updated electrical and plumbing systems. The main focus of the renovation was to create a seamless flow between the living room, formal dining room, and open kitchen. A stunning waterfall peninsula with pendant lighting, along with Statuario Nuvo Quartz countertop and backsplash, elevated the aesthetics. Matte white cabinetry was added to enhance functionality and storage in the newly remodeled kitchen. The three bedrooms were elevated with refinished built-in wardrobes and custom closet solutions, adding both usability and elegance. The fully reconfigured master suite bathroom, included a linen closet, elegant Beckett double vanity, MSI Crystal Bianco wall and floor tile, and high-end Delta and Kohler fixtures. In addition to the comprehensive renovation of the living spaces, we've also transformed the office/entertainment room with the same great attention to detail. Complete with a sleek wet bar featuring a wine fridge, Empira White countertop and backsplash, and a convenient adjacent laundry area with a renovated powder room. In a matter of several months, Modern Citi Group has redefined luxury living through this meticulous remodel, ensuring every inch of the space reflects unparalleled sophistication, modern functionality, and the unique taste of its owners.

This Grant Park house was built in 1999. With that said, this bathroom was dated, builder grade with a tiny shower (3 ft x 3 ft) and a large jacuzzi-style 90s tub. The client was interested in a much larger shower, and he really wanted a sauna if squeeze it in there. Because this bathroom was tight, I decided we could potentially go into the large walk-in closet and expand to include a sauna. The client was looking for a refreshing coastal theme, a feel good space that was completely different than what existed. This bathroom used to be extremely dated, with dark wallpaper and a mirrored wall, it was in desperate need of an update! Now, this space has a clean, modern feel that fits with the rest of the home. The toilet is in a small, separate room connected to this portion of the bathroom to help mornings flow smoothly without sacrificing privacy when nature calls. Our clients also opted for 2 separate vanities to allow plenty of space when preparing for the day.

This pictures the wainscoting from wall-to-wall, wrap around tile on the pony wall which we also made a plumbing wall to avoid a floor standing tub filler. Freestanding tub and it's huge!

Located deep in rural Surrey, this 15th Century Grade II listed property has had its Master Bedroom and Ensuite carefully and considerately restored and refurnished. Taking much inspiration from the homeowner's Italian roots, this stunning marble bathroom has been completly restored with no expense spared. The bathroom is now very much a highlight of the house featuring a large his and hers basin vanity unit with recessed mirrored cabinets, a bespoke shower with a floor to ceiling glass door that also incorporates a separate WC with a frosted glass divider for that extra bit of privacy. It also features a large freestanding Victoria + Albert stone bath with discreet mood lighting for when you want nothing more than a warm cosy bath on a cold winter's evening.

After: This bathroom turned out beautifully! 12x12 porcelain tile graces the shower walls, with a corresponding mosaic border. Brushed nickel accessories accompanied with a clean quartz countertop polish the space. The wood style tile flooring matches well with the wall tile.
