I purchased my current home from Heidi via Abode Agency in 2017. The experience was seamless. Her communication is direct and to the point and I felt comfortable that I was getting more than a fair deal and value for my purchase. One thing that influenced my purchase was the way the house was staged. I asked her afterwards who she used to stage the house because I was trying to sell another property. She informed me it was her so I hired her to overhaul, decorate, and handle the sale of the property. With her impeccable design and ability to actually execute on what she pitched netted me a HEFTY profit over what I thought I could get. Since then I have worked with her on two other projects. They have been extraordinarily successful both from a design and execution perspective. When I say extraordinary I mean it in the sense of "Extra Ordinary". How many times have you been sold a bill of goods only to be disappointed? Heidi has a unique way of explaining things clearly, designing with an impeccable sense of harmony, color, and inclusion, and executing efficiently within budget. Heidi came to the rescue with her design and organization superpowers! This woman is truly gifted in her ability to design any area making it not only beautiful, but functional. Her attention to detail and coming up with out-of-the-box ideas is second nature. I recently moved into a 1978 split-level home and was struggling with furniture and art placement. My furniture is large and despite my efforts, I was not pleased with how my living areas looked. It just didn't feel right. Not only did Heidi place all of my furniture in ways that I love, she found perfect pieces that I was missing at super affordable rates. She also sought out an unfinished wood furniture shop, found a great coffee table and stained it for me. It looks amazing! Everything looks amazing! Heidi is awesome to work with! She has helped me in a variety of ways the last two years. First, she found me a great rental property when I first moved to Atlanta from Virginia. Second, she found a house to purchase when I made the decision to stay in Atlanta. During this process she was relentless in negotiating a good deal and ensuring the sellers made some needed improvements as a result of the home inspection. Most recently, she remodeled my guest bathroom. Not only is she a great general contractor, but she has an inspired design touch. She worked with me to understand my tastes and style and executed this perfectly, even for aspects of the bathroom that I did not specify. This was especially challenging because the space was small, the schedule was tight, and the demolition uncovered structural issues that needed to be fixed.
