Successful Master Bathroom Shower Surround Completed! The challenge was to incorporate the master bath shower with the existing decor in this beautiful rustic mountain home. Existing exterior rock and a river rock fireplace and tub surround were the starting point for the choice of materials. The existing rock colors were grays with hints of blue undertones. Pebble mosaics with the same color range were the perfect answer. The large format gray porcelain tiles look like natural stone with their realistic white veining. The results were stunning and create a seamless feeling withing the existing decor. This shower provides a brand new, updated, spacious space for the new home owners. The black Boral Cultured Brick wall paired with a chrome and marble console sink creates a youthful “edge” in this teenage boy’s bathroom. Matte black penny round mosaic tile wraps from the shower floor up the shower wall and contrasts with the white linen floor and wall tile. The previous bathroom had an awkward linen closet that jutted into the room. We removed the closet, extended the vanity, added a linen cabinet, replaced the drop-in tub with a wonderful freestanding, and replaced the old premade shower with gorgeous pebble and porcelain tile.

This elegant master bathroom features a freestanding soaking tub with three rock crystal pendants suspended above. The floor is in a textured grey porcelain tile and the walls are clad in a Calcutta marble looking engineered slab. For the window above the tub rain glass was added for privacy but still allows ample natural light to flow into the space. The built-in double vanity features a make-up seating area and above the vanity is a wall-mounted lighted mirror. On the vanity wall is a natural shimmery quartzite ledgerstone. The tub wall is covered in a Neolith slab and the opposite wall is covered in a shimmery mica wallpaper. over both undermounted sinks are modern wall-mounted faucets.

A 19x19 V-stone Nut in the color Cross Matte was chosen for the floor tile, as well as the shower walls and ceiling tile. The Sliced Green Ocean Stones sliced pebbles from Tesoro was used on the shower floor, inside the shower niche and for a vertical decorative panel. The spacious shower features a corner seat, secondary showerhead and frameless glass hinged door.
