Jeff Hansell and his team at Swiftwater Custom Homes just completed our dream home in Tumble Creek, a gated community that's part of the Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA. We are thrilled with the fine quality of their work, their relentless attention to detail, and their unparalleled focus on customer service. Jeff proposed several changes to improve on the architect's plans such as areas where we would net more natural light or improve traffic flow. We appreciated how carefully he made his suggestions; he offered his insight without pressuring us. We were grateful to have the benefit of his extensive experience. We knew he cared about the outcome as deeply as we did. The project was completed on time and on budget. We would highly recommend Jeff and Swiftwater Custom Homes to anyone seeking a builder for their home. Well done, Jeff et al!!

Swiftwater Custom Homes delivered a beautiful home on time and within our budget. We really appreciated the attention to detail and craftsmanship that their team provided. When we did deviate from the original budget on items it was very transparent in regard to pricing and scope and was always updated through the draw process. The owner was on site often, has decades of building knowledge, and was always available to troubleshoot or come up with ideas whenever unforeseen challenges arose. We have already referred Swiftwater Custom Homes to others, and will continue to so.

Swiftwater built a custom 8,500 sf timber home for us in the resort community of Tumble Creek in central Washington State. It was a complicated project that may have been the most complicated project they had done. They also worked very closely with my architect and designer to incorporate their ideas in practical ways. But not only did Swiftwater build it, they were a significant part of the creative team, and they had many really cool ideas that have created some really cool and unique spaces in the house. From multiple outdoor firepits, to a rustic bunk room to a gorgeous outdoor living area, they put so much thought and creativity into the process and it turned out really great. Swiftwater was fun to work with, and they made the process a fun and enjoyable process. We were largely on time and on budget, and in the cases where we weren't, it was because I had added scope along the way. They were also great about presenting options for different aspects that would help save money and time as we went along. If we were ever to do a project like this again in the future, we would do it again with Swiftwater in a heartbeat. My wife and I were both very happy with the process and the outcome,

We had Jeff Hansell build our Tumble Creek vacation home in 2012. This was our first time building a home and can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience. Jeff was very open and fair working through cost for changes and upgrades and his team did an amazing job staying on schedule and following through on their commitments. Jeff and his team were very responsive and helpful with any necessary repairs after construction as well. Our overall experience working with Jeff was beyond our expectations and we are very happy with the quality of construction.

We loved the experience working with Jeff Hansell. Our architect designed a beautiful home but left a lot to our imagination. Jeff's team continually suggested new materials and enhancements to personalize our home and make it unique to Suncadia. After years of living in our cabin, we are very proud of our vacation home and can't wait to stay every weekend.

Jeff Hansell built our home in 2005. We were very satisfied with the quality of his work. The job was done on time and on budget. Throughout the process, we were kept very-well informed about construction progress and expenditures, and we were always involved in appropriate decisions along the way. Jeff and his construction team were very friendly and offered several helpful suggestions that improved the final result. His company continues to provide ongoing maintenance and additions.
