Calacatta marble floor tile was installed in a diamond pattern in the hall bathroom and a coordinating basketweave mosaic was used in the large walk-in shower. We converted a small linen closet to open shelving to make towels and toiletries easily accessible to guests.

ADU (Accessory dwelling unit) became a major part of the family of project we have been building in the past 3 years since it became legal in Los Angeles. This is a typical conversion of a small style of a garage. (324sq only) into a fantastic guest unit / rental. A large kitchen and a roomy bathroom are a must to attract potential rentals. in this design you can see a relatively large L shape kitchen is possible due to the use a more compact appliances (24" fridge and 24" range) to give the space even more function a 24" undercounter washer/dryer was installed. Since the space itself is not large framing vaulted ceilings was a must, the high head room gives the sensation of space even in the smallest spaces. Notice the exposed beam finished in varnish and clear coat for the decorative craftsman touch. The bathroom flooring tile is continuing in the shower are as well so not to divide the space into two areas, the toilet is a wall mounted unit with a hidden flush tank thus freeing up much needed space.

This project consisted of a basement remodel that we tiled the bathroom and the fireplace. The bathroom included a full tiled shower floor, walls, wainscoting and bathroom floor. The fireplace is a stacked stone.

Bathroom designed and tile supplied by South Bay Green. This project was done on a budget and we managed to find beautiful tile to fit each bathroom and still come in on budget.

This Project was so fun, the client was a dream to work with. So open to new ideas. Since this is on a canal the coastal theme was prefect for the client. We gutted both bathrooms. The master bath was a complete waste of space, a huge tub took much of the room. So we removed that and shower which was all strange angles. By combining the tub and shower into a wet room we were able to do 2 large separate vanities and still had room to space. The guest bath received a new coastal look as well which included a better functioning shower.

Upon stepping into this stylish japandi modern fusion bathroom nestled in the heart of Pasadena, you are instantly greeted by the unique visual journey of maple ribbon tiles These tiles create an inviting path that extends from the entrance of the bathroom, leading you all the way to the shower. They artistically cover half the wall, adding warmth and texture to the space. Indeed, creating a japandi modern fusion style that combines the best of both worlds. You might just even say japandi bathroom with a modern twist. Elegance and Boldness Above the tiles, the walls are bathed in fresh white paint. Particularly, he crisp whiteness of the paint complements the earthy tones of the maple tiles, resulting in a harmonious blend of simplicity and elegance. Moving forward, you encounter the vanity area, featuring dual sinks. Each sink is enhanced by flattering vanity mirror lighting. This creates a well-lit space, perfect for grooming routines. The shower’s side walls continue the narrative of the maple ribbon tiles from the main bathroom area. Definitely, their warm hues against the cool charcoal subway tiles create a visual contrast that’s both appealing and invigorating. Beautiful Details Adding to the seamless design is a sleek glass sliding shower door. Apart from this, this transparent element allows light to flow freely, enhancing the overall brightness of the space. In addition, a bronze handheld shower head complements the other bronze elements in the room, tying the design together beautifully. Underfoot, you’ll find luxurious tile flooring. Furthermore, this material not only adds to the room’s opulence but also provides a durable, easy-to-maintain surface. Finally, the entire japandi modern fusion bathroom basks in the soft glow of recessed LED lighting. Without a doubt, this lighting solution adds depth and dimension to the space, accentuating the unique features of the bathroom design. Unquestionably, making this bathroom have a japandi bathroom with a modern twist.

This beautiful small guest bathroom was completely transformed. Matte porcelain tiles in varying sizes and patterns were used throughout. To make the space appear larger we used a vanity with an open shelf on the bottom and a frameless bypass shower door.

Our clients wanted a REAL master bathroom with enough space for both of them to be in there at the same time. Their house, built in the 1940’s, still had plenty of the original charm, but also had plenty of its original tiny spaces that just aren’t very functional for modern life. The original bathroom had a tiny stall shower, and just a single vanity with very limited storage and counter space. Not to mention kitschy pink subway tile on every wall. With some creative reconfiguring, we were able to reclaim about 25 square feet of space from the bedroom. Which gave us the space we needed to introduce a double vanity with plenty of storage, and a HUGE walk-in shower that spans the entire length of the new bathroom! While we knew we needed to stay true to the original character of the house, we also wanted to bring in some modern flair! Pairing strong graphic floor tile with some subtle (and not so subtle) green tones gave us the perfect blend of classic sophistication with a modern glow up. Our clients were thrilled with the look of their new space, and were even happier about how large and open it now feels!
