Steve is a consummate professional. He is a craftsman and an artist. He takes pride in his designs and in his work. He keeps the customer updated on his progress, and he is flexible with how the work is done. Furthermore, he's accommodating and considerate of any displacement of your access to the room. He worked on our bathroom remodel project. We actually had a water leak in the shower which necessitated some demolition and reconstruction. Steve did an excellent job of prepping the site and demoing the necessary old shower and the large jacuzzi tub. He then installed the new tub and shower. We bought a very large jacuzzi tub, and it was a difficult install, but Steve made it work and did a great job of ensuring it was secure and properly set. He made it look beautiful, too. He laid tile in the closet, bathroom, shower and for the bathtub. He did a very nice job of making the tile look beautiful. He removed the old wall paper and painted the bathroom. He was especially diligent in matching the colors to the closet and bedroom. He replaced the fixtures on the two sinks and installed a safety bar in the shower. He also wired the tub and the heater for the jacuzzi to two separate circuits. He installed LED replacement light fixtures for the overhead lights in the bathroom. Lastly, he also repainted over some water damage in our hall bathroom. Steve does excellent work. He's a very skilled craftsman and loves to excel at his work. He did a great job on our project. I recommend him and his work.

Steveson Remodeling handled a full kitchen remodel for us a few years ago which turned out great! Owner Steve is not only a wonderful craftsman (and a super nice guy!), he’s creative and really collaborated with us, guiding and refining plans. When we found some beautiful glass cabinet doors at a salvage store, we again turned to Steveson Remodeling to build and install a custom cabinet in the breakfast nook. It’s a real show stopper! At that time, he also refurbished and built a cover for an outside storage bin which doubles as a poolside serving area in addition to building a custom grill station/shelter. As always, Steve listens to my ideas/goals, makes suggestions, and together we come up with a plan. We love the wonderful improvements to our home and outdoor living space!

We have hired Steve for several projects including a major kitchen and laundry room remodel, and a bathroom repair. He works diligently and pays attention to small details, which I really appreciate. He helped me custom design the kitchen and it can't be more perfect for us. Also, my dogs love him and I trust their intuition. Steve is our go-to guy!

we had a kitchen update - two ovens and a microwave all thirty years old out and a convection micrwave and stove in. had to replace cabinets where the microwave was and redo the oven openings to allow for new appliances good communication, precise and accurate, timely, fun to talk with Steve is really good with wood will use Steve again

Steveson Remodeling turned my old 1980’s bathroom into a gorgeous, new bathroom! It was stripped down to basically the wood frame. Steve fixed/replaced drywall, redid all the plumbing (deep into the walls), electrical, new toilet, tub, beautiful shower doors, vanity, tile floor, repainted - and everything looks perfect! Steve remodeled our showroom and did an amazing job. Things were going so well that we added some additional work and Steve was very easy to work with and accommodated our changes. We have used Steve for two projects, a couple of years apart. One outdoor, one indoor which consisted of a few different elements of updating and repairing. We are very pleased with his commitment to quality. We were drawn to him by his versatility and his fair rates. We really appreciated that he gave a Time & Materials detailed estimate which set a price expectation for the items we asked for, and it also allowed us to adjust as the work progressed. There is no way a fixed bid project would have made sense - there's always discovery. He worked with us much as we worked with his schedule. Everything was completed to our best expectation. The first project, outdoor repairs, was about six weeks. The second project with indoor updates was about a three month project.

Steve remodeled all 3 of my bathrooms and I couldn't be happier with the result. He partnered with me on design to make my master bath a true haven, and insisted on perfection at every step. I would definitely recommend Steve for your remodeling project!

The job Steveson Remodeling did for us involved carpentry repairs and painting of the wooden window surrounds of our house. Steve Orelup is both a carpenter and a contractor. He brought in painters and effectively coordinated his carpentry with their painting. He had very creative and effective ways of handling the repairing part of the job. I plan to hire him again.
