Sea Pearl Quartzite slabs were used on an entire wall and around the vanity and served as this ethereal palette inspiration. Master bathroom design & build in Houston Texas. This master bathroom was custom designed specifically for our client. She wanted a luxurious bathroom with lots of detail, down to the last finish. Our original design had satin brass sink and shower fixtures. The client loved the satin brass plumbing fixtures, but was a bit apprehensive going with the satin brass plumbing fixtures. Feeling it would lock her down for a long commitment. So we worked a design out that allowed us to mix metal finishes. This way our client could have the satin brass look without the commitment of the plumbing fixtures. We started mixing metals by presenting a chandelier made by Curry & Company, the "Zenda Orb Chandelier" that has a mix of silver and gold. From there we added the satin brass, large round bar pulls, by "Lewis Dolin" and the satin brass door knobs from Emtek. We also suspended a gold mirror in the window of the makeup station. We used a waterjet marble from Tilebar, called "Abernethy Marble." The cobalt blue interior doors leading into the Master Bath set the gold fixtures just right.

The original bathroom was very small with only a toilet and sink. We expanded the space to the guest bedroom and added a wall in shower and therapeutic tub

This master bathroom was carpeted originally, which is usually a poor choice for an area prone to spilled water. We removed all the carpet and replaced it with a basket weave porcelain tile in black and white. This tile stretches into the closet and has a secret: it's heated! No more cold feet!

This guest bath has a light and airy feel with an organic element and pop of color. The custom vanity is in a midtown jade aqua-green PPG paint Holy Glen. It provides ample storage while giving contrast to the white and brass elements. A playful use of mixed metal finishes gives the bathroom an up-dated look. The 3 light sconce is gold and black with glass globes that tie the gold cross handle plumbing fixtures and matte black hardware and bathroom accessories together. The quartz countertop has gold veining that adds additional warmth to the space. The acacia wood framed mirror with a natural interior edge gives the bathroom an organic warm feel that carries into the curb-less shower through the use of warn toned river rock. White subway tile in an offset pattern is used on all three walls in the shower and carried over to the vanity backsplash. The shower has a tall niche with quartz shelves providing lots of space for storing shower necessities. The river rock from the shower floor is carried to the back of the niche to add visual interest to the white subway shower wall as well as a black Schluter edge detail. The shower has a frameless glass rolling shower door with matte black hardware to give the this smaller bathroom an open feel and allow the natural light in. There is a gold handheld shower fixture with a cross handle detail that looks amazing against the white subway tile wall. This home has a beautiful ocean view, and the homeowners wanted to connect the inside and outside. We achieved this by removing the entire roof and outside walls in the kitchen and living room area, replacing them with a dramatic steel and wood structure and a large roof overhang. We love the open floor plan and the fun splashes of color throughout this remodel.

Complete Master Bathroom remodel! We began by removing every surface from floor to ceiling including the shower/tub combo to enable us to create a zero-threshold walk-in shower. We then re placed the window with a new obscure rain glass. The vanity cabinets are a cool grey shaker style cabinet topped with a subtle Pegasus Quartz and a Waterfall edge leading into the shower. The shower wall tile is a 12x24 Themar Bianco Lasa with Soft Grey brush strokes throughout. The featured Herringbone wall connects to the shower using the 3x12 Themar Bianco Lasa tile. We even added a little Herringbone detail to the custom soap niche inside the shower. For the shower floor, we installed a flat pebble that created a spa like escape! This bathroom encompasses all neutral earth tones which you can see through the solid panel of clear glass that is all the way to the ceiling. For the proportion of the space, we used a skinny 4x40 Savanna Milk wood look tile flooring for the main area. Finally, the bathroom is completed with chrome fixtures such as a flush mounted rain head, shower head and wand, two single hole faucets and last but not least… those gorgeous pendant lights above the vanity!

We created this beautiful accessible bathroom in Carlsbad to give our client a more functional space. We designed this unique bath, specific to the client's specifications to make it more wheel chair accessible. Features such as the roll in shower, roll up vanity and the ability to use her chair for flexibility over the fixed wall mounted seat allow her to be more independent in this bathroom. Safety was another significant factor for the room. We added support bars in all areas and with maximum flexibility to allow the client to perform all bathing functions independently, and all were positioned after carefully recreating her movements. We met the objectives of functionality and safety without compromising beauty in this aging in place bathroom. Travertine-look porcelain tile was used in a large format on the shower walls to minimize grout lines and maximize ease of maintenance. A crema marfil marble mosaic in an elongated hex pattern was used in the shower room for it’s beauty and flexibility in sloped shower. A custom cabinet was made to the height ideal for our client’s use of the sink and a protective panel placed over the pea trap.

This Master Bathroom renovation included removing outdated fixtures and finishes, relocating the shower and tub, and creating a lighter brighter space. Tongue and Groove 1" x 6" V joint pine planks were applied to the walls and ceilings and painted white. Schluter tile backer and linear drain were used in the curb-less shower. Rainhead shower, and bath fixtures in Moen oil rubbed bronze finish.
