Speaking to the functionality of the space, the client wanted a shower that was multi-functional, easy to use, and easy to access. Going with a custom operable glass enclosure, the glass allows for the shower space to remain enclosed, and at the same time easily accessible.

The Medallion vanity cabinet is topped by a Cambria countertop and Kohler vessel sink and faucet.

This shower bath is equipped with an ingenious overflow filler, allowing you to keep the deck uncluttered. The controls have been thoughtfully positioned, eliminating the need to reach around the bath screen.

We met these clients through a referral from a previous client. We renovated several rooms in their traditional-style farmhouse in Abington. The kitchen is farmhouse chic, with white cabinetry, black granite counters, Carrara marble subway tile backsplash, and a beverage center. The large island, with its white quartz counter, is multi-functional, with seating for five at the counter and a bench on the end with more seating, a microwave door, a prep sink and a large area for prep work, and loads of storage. The kitchen includes a large sitting area with a corner fireplace and wall mounted television. The multi-purpose mud room has custom built lockers for coats, shoes and bags, a built-in desk and shelving, and even space for kids to play! All three bathrooms use black and white in varied materials to create clean, classic spaces. RUDLOFF Custom Builders has won Best of Houzz for Customer Service in 2014, 2015 2016 and 2017. With dark veining and gently recessed paneling, this Dura Supreme Vanity was a great fit for the project. Complimenting the dark black trim of the tiling on the backsplash, the vanity ties in seamlessly into the space. Additionally, with the vanity's soft Calacatta Laze Marble countertop, its soft gray veining provides a medium within the palette of the space, creating uniformity within the contrast of the white and black space.

The family bathroom is quite traditional in style, with Lefroy Brooks fitments, polished marble counters, and oak parquet flooring.
