This transitional bathroom has a lot of details that homeowners love. From utilizing space better with custom drawers to a freestanding tub that reminds them of their homes growing up.

Core Remodel was contacted by the new owners of this single family home in Logan Square after they hired another general contractor to remodel their kitchen. Unfortunately, the original GC didn't finish the job and the owners were waiting over 6 months for work to commence - and expecting a newborn baby, living with their parents temporarily and needed a working and functional master bathroom to move back home. Core Remodel was able to come in and make the necessary changes to get this job moving along and completed with very little to work with. The new plumbing and electrical had to be completely redone as there was lots of mechanical errors from the old GC. The existing space had no master bathroom on the second floor, so this was an addition - not a typical remodel. The job was eventually completed and the owners were thrilled with the quality of work, timeliness and constant communication. This was one of our favorite jobs to see how happy the clients were after the job was completed. The owners are amazing and continue to give Core Remodel glowing reviews and referrals. Additionally, the owners had a very clear vision for what they wanted and we were able to complete the job while working with the owners!

This stunning master bath remodel is a place of peace and solitude from the soft muted hues of white, gray and blue to the luxurious deep soaking tub and shower area with a combination of multiple shower heads and body jets. The frameless glass shower enclosure furthers the open feel of the room, and showcases the shower’s glittering mosaic marble and polished nickel fixtures.

We removed the long wall of mirrors and moved the tub into the empty space at the left end of the vanity. We replaced the carpet with a beautiful and durable Luxury Vinyl Plank. We simply refaced the double vanity with a shaker style.

Across the room, a stand-alone tub, naturally lit by the generous skylight overhead. New windows bring more of the outside in.

In addition to the use of light quartz and marble, we strategically used mirrors to give the small master bath the illusion of being spacious and airy. Adding paneling to the walls and mirrors gives the room a seamless, finished look, which is highlighted by lights integrated into the mirrors. The white and gray quartz and marble throughout the bathroom. The custom quartz faucet detail we created behind the soaking tub is special touch that sets this room apart. The Homeowner’s of this St. Marlo home were ready to do away with the large unused Jacuzzi tub and builder grade finishes in their Master Bath and Bedroom. The request was for a design that felt modern and crisp but held the elegance of their Country French preferences. Custom vanities with drop in sinks that mimic the roll top tub and crystal knobs flank a furniture style armoire painted in a lightly distressed gray achieving a sense of casual elegance. Wallpaper and crystal sconces compliment the simplicity of the chandelier and free standing tub surrounded by traditional Rue Pierre white marble tile. As contradiction the floor is 12 x 24 polished porcelain adding a clean and modernized touch. Multiple shower heads, bench and mosaic tiled niches with glass shelves complete the luxurious showering experience.

Master Shower - Beautiful Studs-Out-Remodel in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We gutted this house "to the studs," taking it down to its original floor plan. Drywall, insulation, flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors and windows, trim and base, plumbing, the roof, landscape, and ceiling fixtures were stripped away, leaving nothing but beams and unfinished flooring. Essentially, we demolished the home's interior to rebuild it from scratch.
