Greymark completed a major bath renovation in our Heights house in 2019. We were exceptionally pleased with their craftsmanship and their professionalism! Their dedicated staff walked us through every step of the process. From the design, selection of materials, and then construction, they were there to guide our decision-making. Sandra, our designer, helped us find just the right materials for the project, while staying in our budget. It was obvious that Greymark's relationship with the vendors was critical to securing quality products with the commitment to stand behind their materials. Our project manager, Javier, was in constant communication with us regarding updates and progress. He was exceptionally patient with our questions and requests. In the end, Greymark fulfilled our dream of a luxurious bathroom that met our every need! We recommend Greymark Construction to everyone (sometimes complete strangers) who are considering a remodel!

Back in 2016, Greymark did a whole house remodel & second floor additional to our 1930’s Storybook home in the Heights. Not only did the design win multiple awards, but the incredible construction & quality finishes inside were also featured in the Houston Chronicle. In addition, their head of construction, Dwayne Crow, created one-of-a-kind metal furniture pieces that accented our Modern Rustic aesthetic! It really highlights all of the talents that Greymark provides at every stage of the process from planning, execution to move-in. They value & maintain client relationships that offer yet another intangible benefit that is simply priceless. I would never use or recommend anyone other than Greymark to entrust with hundreds of thousands of your dollars that will result in everything you could have imagined & more. I have used Greymark for a major remodel of a condo unit, followed by more remodeling and freshening up of the same unit five years later (2020). They do excellent work, on time, trustworthy, and with beautiful results. I will always use them and recommend them for any work in the Houston area.

I Recommend this company. We contacted Greymark Construction for a whole house remodel on a 57 year old house we just purchased in 2017. The company's design team, staff and craftsmen were very professional throughout the whole project. We met with the design team members and together developed a workable plan and budget for the remodel before the project actually started. The project involved all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, kitchen, baths, woodwork, doors, flooring, & painting inside and out. We were kept informed and involved as the work progressed. When job was finally completed, Greymark left the house very clean and turnkey. We were very pleased with their work. Love, Love, Love the whole house, especially the kitchen and baths!!! I would definitely use this company again.

I put my whole house remodel out for bids, and selected Greymark Construction Company as my contractor. The project is close to completion and I cannot wait until Greymark posts photos on their website. This was a team effort between my designer (Missy Stewart Designs); the kitchen and bath designers (Kitchen and Bath Concepts or KBC), and the contractor (Greymark Construction Company). As the homeowner, I relied on this team to convert a very traditional home into an amazing contemporary home. One thing Greymark does that I consider invaluable is a weekly scheduled meeting with the homeowner. Every Thursday morning I had a standing meeting with the Greymark Project Manager, Courtney, and with my designer, Missy. Courtney is the icing on the Greymark cake. She is great to work with, very professional, always pleasant and positive, very reliable, very responsive, very organized, and pays great attention to detail (which is critical in a remodel). Courtney and Missy have helped me tremendously throughout this process, always ready to do whatever it took to get the job done. Thanks to both of you ladies, and thanks to Greymark and KBC for a home that I will love living in and be proud to entertain in!

Outstanding job done. Very professional with high level of integrity throughout process with beautifully renovated master bath for which I have received many compliments. I hired Greymark to renovate my daughter's bathroom when I terminated the previous contractor. Her staff is very knowledgeable and professional. All the subcontractors were exceptionally good and did superior work.

We contracted Greymark Construction to completely gut the first floor of our home. Per their advise, we scheduled our remodel in two phases; first we expanded our kitchen, removing walls then we demolished the entire back (bad add on from the 80's) and rebuilt the game room/guest room and studio space. The team that worked on our home was incredible. We have three small boys, 2 deaf cats and a dog. Not only were they professional and personal, they were extremely conscientious of the fact we were "living" through this massive undertaking. We were impressed with Leslie's knowledge base. Our home was built in 1947 and had been through several incarnations. Unbeknownst to us at the time, Greymark had to modify mistakes made by other less knowledgable contractors. Few times, if any, did we feel the impact of this. Leslie and her crews never take shortcuts, are incredibly fair and honest and conduct themselves with the utmost integrity. I'll be using them again for our master suite remodel.

I have a small kitchen, wanted clean modern simple design and function. Was told great, easy and about 3 weeks work. 10 weeks later I have a kitchen that is anything but a clean, simple design. When it comes to contemporary design they seemed lost. I had to do most of the research for cabinet closures, and function. No lines match up and no consistency from one area to the next. They made so many mistakes and had to start over twice on cabinets and shelving. Maybe traditional they can do, but if your modern don't waist your time.
