Situated on prime waterfront slip, the Pine Tree House could float we used so much wood. This project consisted of a complete package. Built-In lacquer wall unit with custom cabinetry & LED lights, walnut floating vanities, credenzas, walnut slat wood bar with antique mirror backing.

These clients needed a first-floor shower for their medically-compromised children, so extended the existing powder room into the adjacent mudroom to gain space for the shower. The 3/4 bath is fully accessible, and easy to clean - with a roll-in shower, wall-mounted toilet, and fully tiled floor, chair-rail and shower. The gray wall paint above the white subway tile is both contemporary and calming. Multiple shower heads and wands in the 3'x6' shower provided ample access for assisting their children in the shower. The white furniture-style vanity can be seen from the kitchen area, and ties in with the design style of the rest of the home. The bath is both beautiful and functional. This bathroom design was based around its key Architectural feature: the stunning curved window. Looking out of this window whilst using the basin or bathing was key in our Spatial layout decision making. A vanity unit was designed to fit the cavity of the window perfectly whilst providing ample storage and surface space. Part of a bigger Project to be photographed soon! A beautiful 19th century country estate converted into an Architectural featured filled apartments. This luxury bathroom consists of floor to ceiling book matched stone marble and continues onto the floor and along the sink countertops. His and her sinks with millwork storage towers for towels, toiletries and accessories. A designated make-up area for her to get ready for a night out in the city.

The large ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, double vanity, concealed toilet and make-up area. The main feature of the bathroom is the Ann Sacks bronze wall tile behind the sinks with floating walnut mirrors.

ABOUT THE ALBUM: We worked with our close friends to help revamp a property featuring 3 bathrooms. In this album, we show you the result of a master bathroom, guest bathroom, and a tiny bathroom to help give you inspiration for your next bathroom remodeling project. Our master bathroom features the Alexander 60-inch vanity in a natural finish. This modern vanity comes with two under mount sinks with a Carrara marble top sourced from Italy. The vanity is a furniture piece against a vibrant and eclectic jade-colored tiling with an open shower, porcelain toilet, and home decor accents. The guest bathroom features another modern piece, our Wilson 36-inch vanity in a natural finish. The Wilson matches the master in the wood-finishing. It is a single sink with a Carrara marble top sourced from Italy. This bathroom features a full bath tub and a half shower. Our final bathroom is placed in the kitchen. With that, we decided to go for a more monochromatic look. We went with our Cooper 18-inch vanity, a slim vanity for space saving that features a porcelain sink that's placed on top of the vanity. The vanity itself also doubles as a shelving unit to store amenities. This bathroom features a porcelain toilet and a half shower. Our client purchased an apartment on the top floor of an old 1930’s building with expansive views of the San Francisco Bay from the palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Bridge, to Alcatraz Island. The existing apartment retained some of the original detailing and the owner wished to enhance and build on the existing traditional themes that existed there. We reconfigured the apartment to add another bedroom, relocated the kitchen, and remodeled the remaining spaces. The design included moving the kitchen to free up space to add an additional bedroom. We also did the interior design and detailing for the two existing bathrooms. The master bath was reconfigured entirely. We detailed and guided the selection of all of the fixtures, finishes and lighting design for a complete and integrated interior design of all of the spaces.
