I absolutely loved working with Victoria. A true professional, highly organised (I felt I could simply leave everything up to Victoria and she had everything arranged - I never had to chase her) and of course she is highly skilled at producing designs to meet her clients' brief. My style is quite different to Victoria's personal style and yet she was able to completely focus on our style to produce a beautiful interior for us. I would work with Victoria again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We have worked with Victoria Waters Design on two residential projects in the past 8 years. Initially we contracted Victoria while we were living overseas and she did a wonderful job of starting the project and creating a clear vision for us, from afar. The final result was stunning and Victoria helped us style the apartment perfectly. Victoria is professional, has a wonderful eye for detail and colour, works to a very high standard and has a great team of contacts for trades. She is very present onsite during projects which is priceless. On the second project we collaborated to renovate and update a home to give it a New York town house vibe, which again, turned out beautifully. Victoria gives practical advice, liaises with trades on the clients behalf and takes away the hassle of day to day project management. It was a fun experience to go to showrooms with her to pick out wallpaper, amazing light fittings, rugs and smaller styling items. We were thrilled with how each project came together and would highly recommend her services.

Victoria Waters was recommended to us as a highly sought after interior designer, post the purchase of our property in Woolloomooloo. The property had not undergone any internal works for over 20 years and was in need of a major update. Victoria proved to be exceptionally creative and her talent for interior decoration was apparent from the beginning. The finished product was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our property was subsequently feature in House & Garden and we always receive wonderful compliments from guests about the decoration of our property. Working with Victoria was a delight. Home renovations have historically been very stressful, however our journey with Victoria proved to be enjoyable and all of the work was delivered to the highest standard and on time. She coordinated with all of the trades people, project managing all of the works from start to finish. She showed exceptional flexibility when mid project we added the renovation of 4 bathrooms to the scope of the work. I highly recommend Victoria for all design and management projects, small or large. We look forward to using her services again in the future.

Victoria worked with us on two homes. The first, a beachside home on the Sunshine Coast involved an entire furniture and decorations matrix. My partner made the rookie error of thinking that we could do it without professional help. We probably could have, but with a vastly inferior result. Moreover, the savings in time and hassles were extensive. Victoria’s vast experience and buying acumen meant that a world of possibilities was open to us, which we simply would not have otherwise accessed. My partner was a convert. Victoria is adept at managing the psychology of clients stated and perceived needs, and diplomatically but effectively steering the project to an outstanding conclusion. That is not to suggest any dictatorial approach. On the contrary, deep and insightful consultation occurred. Some clients, such as my partner, need to be persuaded to let go. An art, I guess. Our beachside home was completed nearly a decade ago, and Victoria has assisted with some minor “refresh” advice. The home still draws many positive accolades from friends about its timeless and relaxed style, sympathetic to the local beach environment. Our second more recent project was our Brisbane home. It had won major building awards after construction about 11 years’ ago, but when we purchased it, it was in need of significant upgrading. A fairly major renovation ensued, which involved structural and decorative elements. Victoria worked confidently and competently to coordinate the various trades. A full new kitchen, new bathrooms, tiling and carpet, colour selections, cabinetry design, furniture selections and other internal and external work has culminated in an outcome we’re delighted with. Authenticity, extraordinary talent, and outstanding value for the quality of the outcomes. In short, an excellent investment. Highly recommended.

Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with during the renovation of our large, 3 level home. The project started with an empty shell and involved renovating and refurbishing 4 bedrooms, a study, kitchen, 2 dining rooms, 2 living areas and several bathrooms - a mammoth task! After our initial meeting, we knew that we would prove to be a successful team. Victoria’s manner, design flair and professionalism was exactly what we were looking for in a designer. When Victoria presented her original design concept, we immediately felt comfortable with what she had planned. Her style and flair were amazing! Victoria was very efficient during the entire project and responded to all of our questions and comments quickly - which we really appreciated and it meant that the project could move forward effectively. We really appreciated her coming with us to visit suppliers, particularly because there were so many selections to be made. Victoria’s advice and guidance was invaluable in creating our perfect home. We love being home!

I engaged Victoria from Victoria Waters Design to help me style the interior of my home. Our new home was very large, I had lost touch with current trends, was tired of shopping in the same old stores and my sense of style had been lost with my new role of being a Mum. Victoria took time to understand my/our likes and wishes, built a shared Pinterest mood board, sourced items and co-ordinated deliveries saving me time, money and introducing me to new homewares suppliers. Overall I was very happy with Victoria’s service and would recommend her and her business to others.

Victoria came over for the day as part of her 'designer for a day' service. We chatted through my ideas for giving our place a facelift. She brought some great insights as to what was possible which I hadn't even thought about. Victoria put together a mood board for me which highlighted in visual form the style I liked, and then project managed our renovation including sourcing the builders, painters etc. I had a small baby at the time so was very pleased she was able to understand what I liked and bring me only three things to choose between, rather than spending days in tile / tap / accessory shops with a toddler and baby in tow. Victoria even styled the house for a photo shoot and we bought several of the items she sourced because they were so beautiful and so us ! I would highly recommend Victoria and her team of contractors who were fantastic !

Victoria Waters is a true godsend. She worked her magic in our apartment to give us a fresh new look in 2011 & again in 2017. Victoria worked within our budget, timeline and understood our lifestyle and taste. Her design skills and extensive knowledge are to be admired. We were so pleased with her work that in 2014 Victoria was also engaged to decorate a newly purchased holiday home. Furniture and decor items were sourced from a variety of Victoria's extensive library of suppliers. A fun couple of days were spent shopping and visiting showrooms with Victoria to make the final selections. Now in 2018 it is time to revamp the kitchen & bathrooms at this holiday haven and of course we looked no further than Victoria Waters Design. The design concepts created by Victoria are stylish and unique whilst remaining practical, relaxed, family friendly and within budget. We are excited to see these designs come to life this year. We cannot recommend Victoria Waters Design highly enough. Not to mention she is a delight to spend time with.
