English⬇️ RU⬇️ To start the design of the two-story apartment with a terrace, we held a meeting with the client to understand their preferences and requirements regarding style, color scheme, and room functionality. Based on this information, we developed the design concept, including room layouts and interior details. After the design project was approved, we proceeded with the renovation of the apartment. This stage involved various tasks, such as demolishing old partitions, preparing wall and floor surfaces, as well as installing ceilings and floors. The procurement of tiles was a crucial step in the process. We assisted the client in selecting the appropriate materials, considering their style and budget. Subsequently, the tiles were installed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Custom-built furniture and kitchen cabinets were also designed to align with the overall design and the client's functional needs. We collaborated with furniture manufacturers to produce and install them on-site. As for the ceiling-mounted audio speakers, they were part of the audio-visual system integrated into the apartment's design. With the help of professionals, we installed the speakers in the ceiling to complement the interior aesthetics and provide excellent sound quality. As a result of these efforts, the apartment with a terrace was transformed to meet the client's design, functionality, and comfort requirements. --------------- Для начала дизайна двухэтажной квартиры с террасой мы провели встречу с клиентом, чтобы понять его пожелания и предпочтения по стилю, цветовой гамме и функциональности помещений. На основе этой информации, мы разработали концепцию дизайна, включая планировку помещений и внутренние детали. После утверждения дизайн-проекта мы приступили к ремонту квартиры. Этот этап включал в себя множество действий, таких как снос старых перегородок, подготовку поверхности стен и полов, а также монтаж потолков и полов. Закупка плитки была одним из важных шагов. Мы помогли клиенту выбрать подходящий материал, учитывая его стиль и бюджет. После этого была проведена установка плитки в ванных комнатах и на кухне. Встраиваемая мебель и кухонные шкафы также были разработаны с учетом дизайна и функциональных потребностей клиента. Мы сотрудничали с производителями мебели, чтобы изготовить и установить их на месте. Что касается музыкальных колонок в потолке, это часть аудио-визуальной системы, которую мы интегрировали в дизайн квартиры. С помощью профессионалов мы установили колонки в потолке так, чтобы они соответствовали эстетике интерьера и обеспечивали хорошее звучание. Avant, l'entrée de la salle de bain était au niveau de la baignoire et on y accédait par un couloir venant du séjour. Nous avons décidé de : - supprimer le couloir qui menait à la salle de bain, pour en faire une buanderie. - créer une double entrée, côté chambre enfant et côté chambre parents. --> Ainsi, plus de perte d'espace ! --> Un accès facile à la salle de bain par les deux chambres. --> Une circulation fluide dans l'appartement, ce qui donne une sensation d'espace plus importante.

Nous avons aménagé cette salle de bains pour un homme de 45 ans, qui aime les objets rangés, une utilisation pratique et des matériau de qualité. La robinetterie est noire teintée dans la masse. Nous avons fourni la robinetterie. Contactez-nous en MP pour la commander ;-)

Rénovation complète et transformation d’un logement en T5 avec création d’une deuxième salle de bain et d’une nouvelle chambre. Le plan a été intégralement repensé avec le déplacement des pièces d’eau. Proche des écoles supérieures nantaises, cet appartement accueille aujourd’hui une belle colocation.

El suelo Caprice Provence marca el carácter de nuestro lienzo, dándonos la gama cromática que seguiremos con el resto de elementos del proyecto. Damos textura y luz con el pequeño azulejo tipo metro artesanal, en la zona de la bañera y en el frente de la pica. Apostamos con los tonos más subidos en la grifería negra y el mueble de cajones antracita. Reforzamos la luz general de techo con un discreto aplique de espejo y creamos un ambiente más relajado con la tira led dentro de la zona de la bañera. ¡Un gran cambio que necesitaban nuestros clientes!

Dans cette grande salle de bain, la baignoire a été gardée et nous avons simplement aménagé une douche à l'italienne avec un meuble vasque. Le mur communiquant avec la chambre a été démoli pour insérer une porte à galandage qui donne dorénavant accès à un dressing sur-mesure blanc et gris anthracite.

Reforma integral de un baño en suite en el que se aposto por ganar en espacio y luminosidad con un revestimiento cerámico en blanco con una ligera línea de imitación a marmol en gris. Para contrastar el suelo se pavimentó con un suelo cerámico en gris de formato cuadrado con una veta en blanco Se simplificó el mueble lavabo diseñando un meuble de un sólo seno integrado, con doble gaveta en madera de roble. El contraste se buscó en la grifería y los complementos, todos en negro de mate. El toque elegante y diferenciador lo ponen el espejo diseñado a medida de esquinas redondeadas y la lámpara colgante en el lateral en latón.

Rénovation d'un appartement de 83 m². Le but de notre intervention a été de mettre en valeur les beaux volumes de cet appartement baigné par la lumière. L'entrée, la salle à manger et le salon méritaient d'être réagencés afin de pouvoir profiter au mieux de la vue panoramique sur la Tour Eiffel, encadrée par des très grandes baies vitrées. Le travail sur la lumière artificielle, les matériaux employés et la réalisation sur mesure des plusieurs éléments de rangements, placards et bibliothèques a permis de donner une deuxième jeunesse à cet appartement. Les pièces humides ont été aussi complètement repensées pour répondre à un gout plus contemporain.

Les bois de charpente ont été sablés puis peints en blanc. Le carrelage mural, grands carreaux blancs mats, joue sur un motif en relief comme une vague capitonnée. Le meuble vasque et sa robinetterie jouent également sur la vague qui fait onduler la façade et fait écho au style des matériaux. Le sol est un carrelage de grand carreaux blancs effet velours.

Conception d’une petite salle de bain. Temps de realisation une semaine. Le client était très content de pouvoir reintégrer très vite son unique salle de bain.

Diese reizvolle Maisonette-Wohnung in Berlin-Dahlem wurde komplett saniert – der offene Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich in der oberen Etage sowie Schlafzimmer, Ankleide und Arbeitszimmer in der unteren Etage erstrahlen nun in dezentem und doch einzigartigem Design. Auch die beiden Badezimmer sowie das Gäste-WC wurden vollständig erneuert. THE INNER HOUSE begleitete dabei unter anderem die Erweiterung der Elektroinstallation und den Einbau einer neuen Küche, übernahm die Auswahl von Leuchten und Einbaumöbeln und koordinierte den Einbau eines Kamins sowie die Erneuerung des Parketts. Das monochrome Farbkonzept mit hellen Naturtönen und kräftigen Farbakzenten rundet dieses luftig-schöne Zuhause ab.
