The guest bath design was inspired by the fun geometric pattern of the custom window shade fabric. A mid century modern vanity and wall sconces further repeat the mid century design. Because space was limited, the designer incorporated a metal wall ladder to hold towels.

New bathroom and ensuite - We created luxurious yet natural feeling bathrooms. Blue translucent subways on one wall of each bathroom in a herringbone pattern lend some dynamism and limestone flooring and bath / wall add a timeless natural feel to the bathrooms. A further level of detail was developed by the use of stone niches, mitred stone corners, gold fixtures and custom curved shower screen glass and mirror cabinet.

Our design studio fully renovated this beautiful 1980s home. We divided the large living room into dining and living areas with a shared, updated fireplace. The original formal dining room became a bright and fun family room. The kitchen got sophisticated new cabinets, colors, and an amazing quartz backsplash. In the bathroom, we added wooden cabinets and replaced the bulky tub-shower combo with a gorgeous freestanding tub and sleek black-tiled shower area. We also upgraded the den with comfortable minimalist furniture and a study table for the kids. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. his Mid-town Ventura guest bath was in desperate need of remodeling. The alcove (3 sided) tub completely closed off the already small space. The wainscoting is topped with a black painted chair rail at the height of the window. It dies into the tub wall which is covered in subway tile, and complete with a shower niche edged in black quarter-round.
