As I expect with any remodeling project, some unexpected issues/problems came up, and Increte personnel responded as I had expected to be on-site, evaluate and resolve all problems. “I hired Fence-Keeper to install my new wooden fence for my home. Their team who came over worked all day in excessive heat and stopped for a few minutes for lunch. They were all very hard working men who were polite, friendly and, most of all, professional. They installed my fence in a shorter time than what they told me, and the fence looks amazing. My fence is the best looking one in the neighborhood! What a pleasant experience working with them. They even cleaned up after themselves once the project was done. Working from early morning until sunset they finished in 3 days what was supposed to take five with no lapse in quality. Dylan frequently communicated with us throughout the whole process and work was started without delay. “Kelly came out and gave us a free quote- great guy. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. The price was very fair. A year later, one of the gutters they had worked on had a small leak. He came out the next day and had his guys repair it at no cost. I would recommend this company based on their excellent customer service, in addition to their work. I will certainly recommend to future clients and they will be my first call should I need roofing or siding work in the future.”
