ACE FENCE

Ace Fencing was hired to do replace my fence. They showed up whenever they want without notifying me they would not be coming. They omitted replacing one of my gates (I still have no answer why) and my other gate had only a part of the latch. Don't know where the other part is, it was tied with a string and not addressed by the company. They left the debris throughout the entire job strung out across my land and picked it up 2days AFTER job was completed. Owner does not address issues, and seldom return calls or text. I was told I would here from him on Monday to resolve financial issues but my text have not been responded to and the voice mail is full.

!!!Warning!!! My wife and I hired Lorenzo Oliverez, owner of ACE fence Co of Richmond and Rosenberg to build a fence for our new home. Lorenzo failed to meet progress deadlines and would not return calls when we called to understand why he would not bring more than two worker to install our 1000' of fencing. Lorenzo's crew lead complained about him constantly stating that Lorenzo would not return his calls either. We had agree he would complete the work in one week and two weeks later we were not half way done. The final straw was when Lorenzo set 70 fence poles in concrete 6 inches on my neighbors property. I myself helped his workers pull the line in-between the property pins to ensure it would be accurate. When i came home the line was still up but they had placed them on the wrong side. I confronted Lorenzo about the post and his idea was to move the survey pins so that the beams would now be on the property. We made a decision to fire him at that point. I had given Lorenzo a $5000.00 check to start the work. I added up the cost plus a generous labor rate and determined he had completed $4000 worth of work. I had given him at his request an additional $5000.00 the day before we decided to fire him for the next faze of the work. We put a successful stop pay on the second check. He did manage to get a convenient store clerk to cash the check for him. The store is out the money and now looking at us to repay them. Lorenzo obviously did not buy materials for our project and is not returning the money to them so I consider that dishonest to say the least. Since parting ways we have had his employee come to our home to gather information as he is suing Lorenzo for non payment of wages. Since checking around I had uncovered several other local residents who have been victimized by Lorenzo.
