“Sean and Max were very professional and clean when they arrived at my home. They asked questions that helped me be more clear on what I wanted so that they could find the best design options that fits my needs and interests. They were very helpful in presenting me with design options that I loved! It was great to feel heard and not overwhelmed by bigger home projects. I also was unable to say what my budget is because I don't know how much things cost and they were making it so that I could have options for budgeting and still get what I wanted. “They did a very nice job repairing my vinyl fence. Excellent quality of repair. Pricing was reasonable. The end-post had to be replaced, which made the job more involved. Only thing to be aware of is the workers do not provide windows when they would show up (e.g., 10-2). I work from home, so it was not an issue. However, if you work outside the home, they may come by when you are not home.”

“Ideal Siding completely transformed our home. After several months of research, quotes, and hesitation, we chose to move forward with Ideal Siding. They were upfront with all the details, cost, and timeline. Rick's employees were very professional and courteous. Each day his crews showed up and worked from sun up till sundown. Each day the work site was cleaned up as if no one was there. There was constant communication throughout the entire project. “We recently moved to an updated home in an older neighborhood with a small, tired side-yard. We needed a transformation; what we got was a miracle. We consulted with a landscape architect who helped with the design. She recommended we hire Rooted Craftsmen, LLC to do the work, primarily because we needed an experienced stone mason who was capable of making the new construction match the unique finishes on the outside of the home. Rooted Craftsmen did everything: they completely removed all of the old landscaping, leveled the yard and rebuilt from the ground up, including sprinklers, lighting and electric distribution, gas lines, planting beds, sod, etc. The owner, David Garcia, isn’t just a contractor – he’s truly a craftsman. He planned carefully, had a great eye for detail, made many recommendations on how we could tweak the design and function of the yard and ultimately constructed the improvements with a degree of quality and care that made us feel like he was doing the kind of work he would do at his own home. The end result was a fabulous stone bench, fire pit and outdoor kitchen that is the envy of the neighborhood. Anyone can build, but what Rooted Craftsman delivered was functional, artistic and will probably last 100 years given the quality of the work. THANK YOU DAVID!”
