“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. None of those horror stories you hear about regarding experience with other contractors not showing up or shabby work. Hire HGI with no worries, the best, ask for Alex.”

“We did an expansion to our current house. We needed a game room for the kids, a den for the adults, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Also a mud room, laundry room, some fixing in the existing house and redo the garage. We hired Sneller Custom Homes and Remodeling for the job. All these jobs were done while we were living in our current house. They are very professional, they helped us with the design, and ideas to better put in black and white what we wanted to do. Also, they worked with us to get things done inside the current living space to better accommodate our needs. The communication with Matt Sneller was great, if something was not as expected he took care of the situation. Great communication skills, and very professional in what he does. Tim Smith was the general contractor and I highly recommend him for his in-depth knowledge of all facets of building contraction and real estate. Tim kept the project on track and on budget. “We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“Date Construction did excellent work in remodeling out Master Bath Room and two guest bathrooms. They listened to what we wanted and offered great suggestions to make it look even better and still stay within our budget. They did quality work, completing the job on time and very promptly followed up on minor items we noticed later that needing adjusting. We were completely satisfied and felt they at least equaled and sometimes exceeded our expectations. We hired them first to remodel the Master Bath Room and were completely satisfied, so we hired them 8 months later to do the two guest bathrooms.”

“Crimson Design did the interiors for my living room and my daughter's bedroom in 2011 and since then has furnished my study this year. Micah and her Staff are very professional and knowledgeable and listen to what you would like done. They then use their expertise to incorporate a lot of what you requested but put their professional touch into the design. I would highly recommend Crimson Design. They are a pleasure to work with.”

“Partial remodel of a 1939 Georgian home in the Southgate neighborhood in Houston. Work included partial remodel of two bathrooms, install of a new tankless water heater and solar attic fan, install of a full deck in the Attic, new concrete walkway, 2 new doors, hardwood floor install in the kitchen , etc. Work done to a very good quality standard. Excellent communications with Company Owner Greg Simmons, who was a regular presence on the job site. The 2 month project completed on schedule, at end-January 2016.. Would highly recommend Greg and B&W for similar projects !!”
