“Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA. In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom. We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”

“We wanted to remodel part of our basement and had several contractors come out to provide a bid. We ended up going with Christensen Contractors, Inc because of their professionalism, the options they provided us and the price the quoted was very reasonable. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Don the owner. He was always courteous and available. The crew that did the work were also professional and did an excellent job. The job went extremely well and was better than what we expected. There were never any hidden costs and the job came in on the agreed upon budget. We are extremely pleased with the work of Don’s company and will hire them again for any future work needed.”

“We hired Bennett to perform a full kitchen remodel for our home - every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. We worked through a design that worked for us, maximized the space available to us (and even found the best design to match the space, at the lowest cost of all the options available to us), and ended up with a transformative space for our entire home. We had a lot of questions throughout the entire process - Bennett was always gracious with his time and more than willing to explain every option available to us (even going so far as to find additional solutions for us on multiple occasions). Bennett was thorough and on top of everything. We always felt we had an advocate with every contractor in our home - with him even going so far as to clean our space because some dust had made its way out. We got the project done with only a few small delays (entirely due to a couple cabinets being delivered in the incorrect configuration - which Bennett was able to get fixed promptly and at no cost to us) and on the budget we agreed to. I would give Innovated Home Renovations and Bennett my full throated endorsement and recommendation for anyone who wants a top notch remodel for their home. We'll definitely be going back when we want to get our bathroom done!”

“Bora construction worked with us in finding our kitchen cabinets for our new construction. Corneliu is very professional and goes out of his way to help his customers. He worked very hard to get us good quality within our budget. He was also a good resource when we had other questions related to finishing our project and he was always willing to take time to direct us. We are very happy with his work. “The VC team did a great job with our condo renovation. Conditions were difficult because of the 50's concrete building construction and our cost constraints. The work included entire unit wall plaster upgrades, new wood flooring, new electric heating systems, major electrical upgrades and a completely new kitchen. The work was completed in response to our high expectations and in a timely manner. We would recommend the VC team to anyone.”
