Read and his team at CNW Construction are awesome. CNW has successfully completed several projects at our 1940’s bungalow. Bathroom remodel, Kitchen remodel, building a wooden fence and gate, floor refinishing and painting. Each job was completed in record time. He really focuses his team on what can happen each day. Read also brings up issues and options in a professional timely manner. He is flexible and can work with your budget and design. We are super happy. We’ll be booking his team for our next project.

Constant Construction finished our basement for us in March 2024, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Read and his team were incredibly quick, thorough, and did a beautiful job, down to the finishing touches. Read always put our preferences first, but he was also consultative throughout the entire process to ensure we understood costs, timelines, etc. and would be happy with the final result. We were very satisfied with the overall cost of the project, especially because their work exceeded our expectations. We’re sincerely grateful to Read and his team for making our old little house even better for our family! They will be the first people we call if we have another house project to complete.

Constant Northwest recently finished a full kitchen remodel. I was very impressed with their clear communication and reliability. I've heard nightmare stories on other contractors so was relieved to have such a responsive contractor working with us. Read was great in helping us to realize our vision which required some outside the box thinking and kept unexpected costs at reasonable levels. He even went the extra mile to help with some electrical work outside the kitchen which the property needed. Read did a terrific job for our house. He has worked on two different projects for us, six months apart: remodeling our master bathroom down to the studs and a lighter remodel on our kitchen. The bathroom project involved demo, drywall, plumbing, waterproofing for a new walk-in shower, tiling, and electrical. The kitchen involved repainting cabinets, plumbing, electrical, HVAC (new range hood), tiling, and regrouting (and tons of other skills I'm probably forgetting). There wasn't any task that Read wasn't capable of providing. For both jobs, Read and his team were professional, high-quality, reliable, friendly, communicative, and reasonably priced. We were provided with detailed quotes that were spot on, and timelines that were fair given the complexity of the jobs. His work is top quality and beautiful, and we are extremely happy with the finished products. Highly recommended!

Constant Northwest Construction Services repaired our bathroom after a water break in less than a week. It's better than ever: new floor, new vanity and fresh paint. And for the bid amount. They replaced our fence in even less time, again doing a great job and for the bid amount. Thanks guys!

We hired Read and his team for a large remodel project (two bathrooms, two bedrooms, hardwood flooring, recessed lighting throughout) and loved working with him.
