“I have worked with Leo Lantz since 1994. We have completed more projects that I can remember. Some small and others on a major scale. Am I pleased with his work? If on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) I would give him a 20. Leo's work, and his work ethic, is excellent and beyond reproach. If you look at his photos you will see my beautiful sunroom, bathroom and kitchen. I cannot say, in just a few words, just how pleased I am with everything Leo has done for me and my home, over the years. He is honest, dependable and a perfectionest. “I highly recommend VMax, LLC for any construction project; whether it is building a home or doing a remodeling project. They are very knowledgeable of the construction business. They have good ideas but are very willing to listen to your thoughts. They are dependable; and meet their deadlines. You can rely on receiving an honest estimate. Their cost are reasonable; budgets are met and if there are changes they will discuss with you first - nothing is unknown. Their sub-contractors are professional and respectful. They have completed several remodeling jobs in my home. My kitchen and den were remodeled to open up an area that was previously part of my parents apartment. Part of the remodel included creating a home office for my business. They have also remodeled a bathroom in my home.”

“I contracted with Mr. Edwards to remodel my kitchen which was about a 1980's look. The cabinets were made of wood but the doors were of pressed wood. I also had outdated wine cabinets and bookcases which needed updating. Mr Edwards suggested remaking the two wine cabinets into shelves for cookbooks, and two covered cabinet spaces which now open into two desk and computer spaces which now give me and my son a work space. Mr. Edwards made a new wine rack and cabinet which he suggested for a space that was not being utilized. One of the most difficult jobs he had was to finish new cabinet and bookcase doors to the exact finish that was on the parts that we did not have to replace. He spent an inordinate amount of time working to get the match. I am pleased to say that it is perfect. He personally installed the entire job. When he installed the drawer fronts he told me the original drawer frames were really not good. I did not contract for him to do the inside of the drawers because I was trying to save money. He wanted them to be right so he said he would make new frames for the original cost. He made 8 new frames. I have an open den/kitchen he replaced the bookcase doors in the den with a perfect match to the kitchen. Mr. Edwards is very conscious of doing quality work. He was timely, his price for the job was very reasonable. He understands his craft, is professional and easy to work with. I think he is the best. I give him the highest recommendation.”
