“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. “We did an expansion to our current house. We needed a game room for the kids, a den for the adults, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Also a mud room, laundry room, some fixing in the existing house and redo the garage. We hired Sneller Custom Homes and Remodeling for the job. All these jobs were done while we were living in our current house. They are very professional, they helped us with the design, and ideas to better put in black and white what we wanted to do. Also, they worked with us to get things done inside the current living space to better accommodate our needs. The communication with Matt Sneller was great, if something was not as expected he took care of the situation. Great communication skills, and very professional in what he does. “We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“Isaac and his team did an excellent job on my bathroom considering it was a 1950s style with a lot of concrete. I cannot believe my eyes when I look at my new bathroom...it has been updated and the tile work was spectacular. I sought 3 quotes for the project and 3D design offered the best option. Their price quote was very reasonable considering the level of the upgrades. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.”
