There were no hidden cost - once the price was agreed upon. Kevin was always available to listen and address any concerns. He took care of all of the details and permits. “Oxland Builders have done a few projects for us. The biggest one was adding a ceiling into an open 2 story living space. I do not have one complaint!! Every contractor that came into our home was prompt, respectful, polite and even great with the children running around. And they were neat. But most important is that they did an excellent job. I repeat, I have not one single complaint...they even finished on time! What?? Yes, it's true. Highly recommended.”

“My husband and I turned to Dovetailed Kitchens for the design of our kitchen for a 32 year old saltbox home. The kitchen w was dated and not functional for the entertaining we enjoy doing. .The design process was so much fun for me. Scott Purswell was fantastic at helping me narrow down my choices between what I loved and just liked. My husband and I knew what atmosphere we were going for and have a good sense of style / color coordination / space. Scott wowed us with fantastic ideas and brought in exactly what we requested. We were going for a Craftsman Style Kitchen that was open and brought in as much daylight as possible. .Scott was respectful of our budget and never once tried to convince us to spend more than we needed, and he always responded quickly to emails and phone calls with our many questions. We won’t be doing another kitchen renovation anytime soon, but we will do our master bath and Dovetailed Kitchens is who we will use.”

“When I had a house fire I hired McCosker Builders to do the reconstruction and it was an excellent decision. Ryan handled every aspect of the job for me. He dealt with the insurance adjuster and the many inspectors from the city. Because he is so knowledgeable he developed a good working relationship with all of them and was able to complete the job in a timely fashion while satisfying all their requirements. His carpentry skills are top-notch and everything he did was of the highest quality. I also hired him to replace a set of outside stairs and a storm door. Even though the temperatures that week were in the 90’s and even hotter in the sun, he worked through it and did a fantastic job.. i recommend McCosker Builders highly for any remodel you might have.”

“Renovated 1st floor bathroom Scott & John did an awesome job working with me to redesign our first floor bathroom. I had some ideas that I wanted incorporated and the bathroom fully met my expectations. They gave me good advice on materials to use in a bathroom to prevent any potential moisture damage. They came when they said they would, they finished the job in a short amount of time and at the price agreed on ahead of time. They are honest and I would trust them to be in my home even if I weren't around.”
