“I had 2 bathrooms remodeled in October 2017. The contractor was professional and carried out the work well. Kris was project manager at that time who supervised the project and communicated well throughout. I proceeded with a change order to include painting and tiling of the master bedroom to match the bathroom. Rafael Inc was the company who secured my business again when I was needing my kitchen & living room to be updated. From the design( thank you Sandra), to the contractor & new project manager I now have a beautiful kitchen/ living room. Is the final product perfect & flawless? - of course not, but given the scope of the project I am happy with the outcome. Minor "glitches" which popped up after the contractors had long gone were dealt with efficiently. Thank you all at Rafael Inc. **. I have told friends and colleagues that you were responsible for the transformation.- Margo Farris”

“Brad and his team did a phenomenal job on our interior remodel. Not only was the work completed beautifully but he and his team made sure to attend to every detail no matter how small. Also, they managed to put me at ease each time I'd begin to worry. We now have a beautiful kitchen, new floors, and new paint with a beautiful open concept because of the wall they removed. I'm so thankful for my new space. Every time someone visits they stand around in awe of how beautiful it is! People constantly say "WOW~! This doesn't even look like the same house!". It's beautiful! “Our home was flooded during Hurricane Irma, and 40% of the house was ruined. We called Kari, and the next day she had a group out here to rip up and out all the yucky walls and carpet, and kitchen and cabinets. We were the first on the block to get the mitigation going and done, so the mold would not take root. Kari used very professional sub contractors that did a superb job of putting our house back together. The choices of tile and cabinets and flooring was high quality and enough choices. She did a good job of narrowing down matching tile and counter. In fact, I have had so many positive comments on the kitchen counter, which I love! The tile guy was an absolute artist about putting our whole kitchen wall up and blending in with an oldish beach house bathroom. Beautiful work! And I told him so! My husband grew up with his dad as a home builder, and he was/is very impressed. The budget was honored and we are extremely pleased with our newish home.”

“Having bought a house with "good bones," but outdated, we were willing to tackle lots of DIY projects. The complete gutting and reconfiguration of the master bath was not one of those projects, however. We visited the big box kitchen and bath departments and a number of local contractors. We came upon DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in the process and visited their design studio. After a couple of conversations with Ernest Gilbert, the owner, and a thorough check of references (including BBB and Angie's List) we asked Mr. Gilbert to visit our home and prepare a quote. To be honest, it wasn't the lowest. But we liked the thorough approach -- including a consultation with a designer on the firm's staff -- and signed a contract for the work to begin. It was a mess, for certain, but daily clean-up was done scrupulously by the staff and the attention to detail was outstanding. We're picky, but the lead carpenter on the job was even more so. He rejected work by subcontractors we might have easily accepted and never relented until the finish was perfect. We have had contractors do jobs for us in the past -- from additions to complete new construction -- but this experience was the best. We liked the result so much we have hired DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to now renovate our kitchen.”
