From conception to completion Rick and his crew did a fabulous job remodeling our master bathroom. He could see our vision and had tremendous suggestions to improve the project. Great care was taken to be mindful of cleanliness, quality and detail. We would highly recommend McGuire Construction and would use them again ourselves in the future.

I hired Rick McGuire and his crew to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. Rick is not just your experienced contractor, but Rick becomes your trusted friend. Rick was patient and understanding with me, as I decided what else needed to be done, and I constantly found more work for him. Eventually, my entire condo became completely renovated. You often hear general contractors who say they do quality work, reasonably priced, etc. But, when have you been really happy when the job is done? Even if the work is fine, you’re usually so worn out from keeping them on the job and understanding what you want done that you wonder if it was worth it. None of that here! When we met with Rick I was genuinely impressed with his honesty and communication skills. You can tell right away that he wants you to be pleased and takes great pride in the quality of his work. After having dealt with three other contractors in the last several years McGuire Construction is in a class all by itself. He did excellent work, on time, and priced fairly. He made our condo renovation completely stress free. It was even fun. Our job consisted of a wall removal and opening up an all new kitchen, two complete bathrooms, all windows replaced with impact windows, paint and flooring throughout. With Rick’s ideas and skills our view of Palma Sola Bay has been improved 100%. We could not be more pleased. We were in another state while all this was done and felt totally comfortable knowing Rick had our best interest in mind. When we walked in the door the first time it was jaw-dropping gorgeous. We can never thank Rick enough and should we need any other work would not hesitate to call him.

These professionals were able to save my kitchen. Undetected slow water damage wreaked havoc. Inside and outside walls were damaged and had to be replaced. Cabinets were destroyed, mold everywhere, wood floors lifted and wet. One of our major concerns were our countertops. The custom counter tiles were no longer made and if they could not be salvaged all of our countertops would have to be replaced. We liked our kitchen and wanted it back. The team was not sure if it could be saved, but they were going to try. I am happy to say we have our kitchen back. The mold treatment and floors were outsourced, but everything else was performed by this team. Our countertops were saved. They painstakingly rebuilt all of our cabinets, matched and made new outdoor siding, and returned inside walls to undetectable change. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure to have such a nice professional team that truly cares about the quality of their work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Rick has done numerous remodel projects for us and we are VERY HAPPY with each & every one. From simple jobs to a complicated garage addition his work is impeccable. Our kitchen remodel is the pride of our home. If you want it done he will find a way. He is fair and reasonable. We have a Rick on speed dial!

I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Rick McGuire during our major model, and how much we loved the end result. Rick was patient and professional throughout the entire process. What we were most impressed with was Rick's preciseness to get everything done the correctly and his ability to overcome the inevitable challenges that naturally come up in a project of this size. We also appreciated that his years of experience and integrity meant that the assistants or subs working in our home were people he has worked with for a long time, so he intimately knew the quality of their work and the trustworthiness of their character. The project itself was a dream realized. We now have a beautiful, enormous walk-in closet with wall to wall built in shelving, a completely overhauled master bathroom that literally feels like I am entering a spa, a piece of cabinetry furniture in place of a drywall and bi-fold door pantry, doubled the size of our laundry room, all wood floors, new paint, lighting and fans, and more of an open plan in the living area, which we've desired for years. To make things even better, Rick installed hurricane windows and doors, even in the garage, making our home not only safer but more energy efficient. I feels like we live in a brand new home!

I have used McGuire Construction many times over the past 5 plus years. Rick McGuire is responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all phases of home remodeling and construction. Improvements have been completed as discussed and often suggestions were made (not for monetary gain) that enhanced the initial project renovation.

I know everyone heard of "Third Time A Charm". In our situation it was Rick McGuire. We had hired two other contractors that had attempted to repair an area on our ceiling that had gotten damaged. They were neither able to correct the cosmetic issue we had. We contacted Mr. McGuire. He came to our home, reviewed the area in need of repair. He told us he thought he could make it look a lot better than it is now. He literally exceeded our expectations by far in the repairing of it. In looking at the problem area, you literally cannot tell it ever had a issue. I would also like to add that if you like Mr. McGuire before he does the work, you will like him as well after the job is completed.

I would give McGuire Construction a five star rating hands down. We moved here from Atlanta, knowing no one, and our real estate agent recommended Mr. McGuire. They were professional and the work was outstanding. We purchased a home with lots of repair surprises. Not only was he helpful in his manner with us as homeowners but he was able to help us transform our house into a HOME. We will continue to utilize his services not only because of his skills but because of his ethic and reliability. I never once doubted leaving him access while we were gone. My Wife and I hired Rick McGuire to do a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. He also installed cabinets over the desk area, new bi-fold doors covering the washer and dryer and replaced both windows in the front of the condo. They had to tear out the entire kitchen, raise the ceiling in the kitchen, install new lighting and glass tile back splash, replace both vanities and replace the entire master bath shower. The job took longer than expected but Rick and his crew were perfectionists. They also encountered plumbing problems in both baths and had to reconfigure two of the kitchen cabinets since there was a 4” pipe located behind the cabinets. While he was working on the project he always returned my phone calls and always showed up when scheduled. I would highly recommend Rick McGuire Construction for any home improvement.
