“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“It has been a coupe months since the completion of my backyard. I can’t express how happy I am with the turn out and how good of a job they did for me. At our first meet, Yoel came up with a design that would put our yard to better use… We initially only wanted turf installed, but he gave us the idea of placing a seating area in the center of the yard to make it more useful. He expanded it and made it a lot safer by putting up a retaining wall. Working with the inspector seemed to be a breeze, but Im sure a lot of work went into it. The crew followed the permitting plans and made sure everything as up to code. It was much faster than expected! Looking back at older photos of our yard, we couldn’t even have imagined that our yard would ever look like this. Gracias for everything, our dog is just as happy!!!”

“After receiving approximately 10 different quotes on a kitchen remodel, we decided to go with CKG. Now that the project is finished, I am absolutely positive we made the right decision and here's why: 1) Sam's (the owner) quote came in about 3.5K less than the next closest. 2) We needed this project finished before Thanksgiving (3 week window). CKG finished with 5 days to spare. 3) My wife and I made a few last second changes in design and Sam accommodated without delay or extra charge. After buying our first house within the last year, we have seen our fair share of poor service and quality of work. CKG was our best overall contractor experience since close of escrow. “I hired Highway Remodeling to get my New roof done. we ended up replacing our old HVAC system and we change the attic insulation as well. the communication was great from the first conversation and the guys who worked in my property was making sure that everything stays clean every day after work is done. i had few bad experiences with other contractors in the past but this time project was done in less then 2 weeks and i can say it with confidence This company really care about there clients! “We have worked with Flat Rate before. It was on a project to expand the back of our house. This included a new laundry room, bathroom and a lovely new large bedroom. We are very happy with the work that they did. It has been two years now. The work was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner and they finished before the dead line. The cost was above average but the quality of the work was well worth it. The attention from the project manager to detail was excellent and we felt that we had the companies full attention. They still are willing to come and fix anything that we might see come up to fix. This last project is a little different. It is a little smaller project. We had Flat Rate remodel our existing bathroom. Again the bathroom is lovely and we are very happy with it. But we had some bumps and delays along the way. We do feel that the project manger could have checked in more often and the foreseeing of ordering supplies and having them on hand to finish different stages of the project could have been better. The work did not finished by the deadline that I wanted and finished two day past the contract deadline. Flat Rate tried their best to make up for the delays by sending workers to the house on weekends after some persistent phone calls. Everyone at Flat Rate's customer service is very nice and ben's over backward to help. Two thumbs up to Leslie. Over all would strongly recommend Flat Rate for bigger projects.”
