“Terry Sims as well as all her subcontractors were fabulous to work with. We worked with Terry from afar as we live in Cali-fornia at this time and she was working on a home we pur-chased in Idaho that needed a huge backyard landscape. She was always very responsive to email and phone calls and sending us the plans. The plan she came up with was so over the top fantastic. She listened to all our input regarding plants we loved, budget, and long term goals for the yard. She also did not hesitate to let us know what plants we should stay away from and offered ideas of substitution plants that would be a better choice. Her final plan to give us the privacy we were looking for, without our fence looking like a fortress of trees, was so beyond anything we could have asked for. It was like nothing we had seen when driving through the area looking for ideas. She created a park like setting throughout our en-tire yard. The waterfall she designed and implemented is worth every dollar t he yard cost us to re-landscape. Terry not only gave us the yard of our dreams but also kept in mind that we were cost conscious and that we were so far away. When we were looking at cutting costs she really edu-cated us on what we could do during a second phase, how we could use a different material, and what would be foolish to cut out. On her own she would send us updates via email and video so we could view how the yard was changing. When we were able to finally see the yard completed in May, after working with her since February, we were so pleased with the detail she put into the whole yard. She completed it on time just as we arrived from Califor-nia for a visit. Even though the project has been completed Terry has continued to answer our emails, visit the yard to check up on open issues, and support any concerns we have had since our last visit in October. I look forward to working with Terry and her crew again when I move into the home and complete the front yard transition. “We have nothing but good words to say about Justin at Jayco who landscaped our backyard September and October 2016. He used the plans we had drawn by an architect and built our back yard with retaining walls, hardscaped patio and walkway at the back and the side of the house. He is meticulous about his work. This winter when I had to shovel snow off the pavers, the shovel never caught on a "rough edge". Amazingly level and truly flat. He put in sprinkler systems and wired the timers. He moved previously planted sod at our new house to plant the side walkway with grass thus saving us money. HIs work is top notch. I was very impressed with the precision and time he took to fit the stone pavers. And when he was finished building, he completely cleaned the sidewalk and street of all debris from cutting pavers. He powerwashed the street!! He was true to his word on every commitment that he made to us. I recommend him highly.”
