“Scott worked closely with us throughout the process from start to finish. He listened carefully to our desires, provided us with a detailed drawing, and kept to the plan and budget. He met us at a local nursery so we could see the plants he recommended based on what we wanted. He didn't hesitate to redo an area of the concrete that developed cracks, and returned more than once to repair minor flaws and replace plants that did not survive-always keeping a pleasant attitude and returning our calls promptly. We needed our backyard completely landscaped because we moved into a new construction home. David came when he said, completed the job to our satisfaction, and was easy to work with. The Solscape crew completed a cement patio, patio cover, connected electrical to our patio cover (for fan with light, and string lights), lawn, built a retaining wall (we have a hill), planted many trees, plants, and shrubs, added irrigation (sprinklers and dripline), and added more drainage. Jay was very responsive and communicated every detail. He was very easy to work with and did a great job working within my budget. I do not know how anyone could speak negative of John. He is a very nice person to work with. John was on site everyday and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. John worked with me on small changes I requested without hesitation. Communication with John was very easy going. Perhaps JVM was going through some difficulties that resulted in some of these negative reviews but MY experience was nothing but positive.
