She is very passionate about her job and really took the time to walk me through the numerous steps that are entailed in remodeling a kitchen (deconstruction/reconstruction if you will). The question I am often asked is "who did your kitchen?" Usually always expecting me to say a private contractor, they are always stunned when I say Lowes. We did have other bids with private parties, but because of the wonderful customer service, and beautiful cabinets, we chose Lowes.
