One Stop Remodeling LLC

On January 21, 2020, we entered into a contract with One Stop Remodeling LLC to expand our existing bathroom by reconfiguring the floor plan, which included installing new plumbing and electrical. This was a very ambitious project for us and initially we were happy with finding One Stop LLC. The initial rapport with Don and Sherice was good and we were convinced they had the experience and quality craftsmanship we were looking for. This project was expected to take 6 weeks. On May 3, 2020, we terminated our contract with them prematurely due to a significant decline in the quality of work. Windows and doors that were supposed to be repaired and refinished were installed without filling significant gaps in the trim or filling nail holes prior to painting. We had issues regarding work that was started, yet not included in the contract or quoted and approved by us for the extra expense. Later we learned that while they may be licensed GCs, they are not licensed electricians or plumbers,

I hired this company to remodel two bathrooms. The work performed was substandard and unprofessional. They showed up when they wanted and didn't call when they were not going to show. The plaster applied to fill holes was not sanded down before being painted over. There is a two x four holding my sink up. My pipes have been leaking since the vanity was put in. I had to call a plumber to have it fixed and was told the piping used is for showers and bathtubs not sinks. My lighting is uneven. My back splash is broken in places, uneven and squeaks so its applied improperly. My tile was placed in the wrong bathroom although we discussed this before it was put down. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.

Remodeled our bath tub and floor. Did great work, well priced, he and his staff were very respectful and helpful. Excellent workmanship. Will use again for future projects
