“A Direct works with many different vendors. Kraus is by far one of the best manufacturers we partner with. Their customer service department is always on top of their orders, returns, and the occasional damage. They ship out quickly for the amount of orders they receive, and provide us with the tools we need to help sell Kraus sinks and faucets. We also receive great feedback from our Kraus customers. They are impressed with the product, the price, and packaging. Their sinks come protected in a black cloth bag, along with a beautiful hand towel Kraus gives each sink customer. If you are a retail client you can find videos, reviews and more on this brand all over the internet. They provide the best quality for the cost, hands down. “The service was great and so was the follow up with any problems or issues. They helped design the layout, made recommendations and I even visited the showroom. I purchased the espresso bamboo ones and noticed some imperfections on some of the cabinet surfaces, but not enough to complain. The construction is great 3/4" ply. My husband put them all together, with minimal issues. We have them for both our kitchen, sideboard and bathrooms (4) and love the look. Overall I saved a ton of money and love the product.”
